The menu was well rounded abd nade it gard to decide what to have. Everything we ordered was fantastic and the owner, Brandon, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Five star review from this customer! What a pleasant surprise to find in this small town. They will soon be opening the patio with a stage for live music. Can’t wait for that! We will be back!

Love this place! We had been a couple times for drinks. So decided to try the dining experience for a Birthday celebration. The food was fantastic! Soooo flavorful! I’m not a vegetarian, but I got the cauliflower steak, crispy brussel sprouts and broccoli and I couldn’t believe the wonderful flavors in everything!! It was delicious, and I had leftovers! Love love love the brussel sprouts. The Birthday Girl got the pork chop, blue cheese mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts and again cooked to perfection and full of flavors! Big too, it was a double pork chop. Nice to have a place like this that is upping the downtown experience! Can’t wait for their brewery and sandwich shop that is on the way.

Propagation Whiskey Bar & Kitchen is an absolute gem. We came for the bourbon and stayed for the food—and both completely exceeded expectations. The bourbon selection is outstanding, with hard-to-find bottles and thoughtful recommendations that show how seriously they take their whiskey. The food? Just as impressive. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented—far beyond what you’d expect from your typical bar kitchen. What really elevated the entire experience was our server, Colin. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. His passion for the menu and bourbon list was obvious, and his timing and service were flawless. He’s a true professional and made the evening that much more enjoyable. If you’re a bourbon lover—or just someone who appreciates great service and delicious food—Propagation is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Really some of the best food In the area. You pay for what you get and that shows in the food and the restaurant it’s self. Will definitely be back

Propagation is excellent!! Great drinks and delicious food. I really like the hush puppy appetizer and pork belly appetizer. The fish and chips, and smashburger are excellent.

Called to see if there was a wait, they said no. Drove 30 min, got there just after 3 only to be told the kitchen closes from 3-4. Hours on Google and their own website make no mention of that.

Such a beautiful establishment. Food & drinks were both amazing. Our party got everything ranging from perfectly cooked venison, juicy burgers, to crispy fish & chips. From old fashioned’s to margaritas to locally brews, our drinks were amazing as well. Our waiter, Casey, was so charming and provided excellent recommendations. We tried duck nachos per his advice and were not disappointed. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back.

This was our second visit and just like the first everything was delicious. This is, hands down, our favorite date night spot in the area. The food is always perfection whether it’s a steak, burger, or fish and chips. The extensive whisky and bourbon menu is awesome and the drinks are all amazing. My family and I visited this week found the staff to be nothing short of great the Chef outdid himself on all the dishes we ordered all but one appetizer the tuna was wonderful and my wife says you can’t go wrong with the bread
The main course we ordered almost all of and shared so we had the full menu nothing we had was less than wonderful the burger the Filet pork chop if you can call a 3 inch thick a chop more like pork roast more than you can eat in any entree but I was fun trying
Then we came to the desert menu hadn’t planed on desert but ordered all but one of them also the crème brelte is a must have bread pudding wonderful and the chocolate brownie with marshmallow and all the s’mores toppings were wonderful also b
Only negative I have I am old the seats on the bar had way more padding than mine
