Worst Chinese restaurant to ever exist. This was our first and last time we will ever come here. We ordered soup that turned out to look like dish water, fried rice that wasn’t even cooked, and orange chicken that was as hard as rocks. The food had no flavor, the taste and quality not worth the price or worth the time. Absolutely awful. The place is so dirty and unsanitary. If I could put a zero star believe me I would. If you’re in the mood for chinese food, you’re better off going to Panda Express.

Fantastic experience!

Although they do have a few seats, this is definitely a takeout place; don't expect ambiance. The family running it were efficient and very friendly.

The food is terrific, everything perfectly cooked and seasoned! They even packaged the sweet and sour pork separate from the sauce, so it stayed crispy until we were ready to eat. Portions are generous and a good value for the price; three dishes and some egg rolls was enough for a small family with leftovers.

I'll definitely order here again!

The food never disappoints! The Won ton and egg drop soups are delicious. Always want their won ton to soothe when I feel a cold coming on. Love their sushi. Always fresh. All other items on the menu are very flavorful as well.
It's not really a dine-in place. It's more for take out. Owners/staff are always friendly.

This week, I decided to get some Chinese food from this restaurant. I called it in to go i paid the lady in cash. She didn't give me a receipt, no big deal. I never returned food. I'm not that person. Get home immediately, open the food to eat. The rice was mixed with old rice. It was hard and dark mixed with brand new rice. The ribs had no meat on them and the sweet-and-sour chicken was so soggy. It tasted like water. We decided to return our food and try somewhere else. I go in, I'm very polite. I asked the man for every fund.
I was there less than 20 minutes ago. He tried to refuse, he said he would make me more food. I apologized and said we were no longer in the mood for Chinese. He said he was going to charge me for the 2 bites of rice that was missing. Period then he argued with me that the food was up to par. I am still polite at this point. He has an employee sweeping the floor making rude comments to me. So I start to lose my temper. He called the cashier that was there at the time she had left right after I paid. She confirmed he still wanted to refuse. Finally, after I got a little bit loud, he decided to give me the. Refund, he also accused me of someone giving me the food and me just coming in there. To get a refund because I want money
This was the most embarrassing and ridiculous experience that I have ever had. I will never go back

Extremely expensive. I just don't see myself paying $13 for a Mexican roll when I can get that somewhere else at a better price and much tastier. This place is not clean enough to even charge this much.

Love this spot. Everyone's super friendly and the food is either piping hot and amazing, or in the sushi's case nicely chilled and just as great. Can't go wrong here

We're so happy Sakura King is re-opened following the hurricane. Stopped by and had the orange chicken today and it was fantastic! The sauce is perfect and the chicken cooked just right. The people working are very polite and eager to make sure customers are satisfied. Highly recommend.

The service provided was satisfactory, however, the quality of the food was not consistent with previous experiences. We have been regular customers in the past, but today's dining experience was disappointing. The egg rolls appeared to be stale and were served cold, as was the crab rangoon. The other dishes were also below par in terms of taste and presentation.

Regrettably, we may need to reconsider our patronage of this establishment and explore alternative options for Chinese cuisine.

We have ordered from this place many times, however, the food taste has not been impressive lately. This order was absolutely BLAND and that's bad because my hubby ordered his usual Garlic Shrimp which typically spicy and good! I ordered chicken with mixed veggies and it literally had NO flavor whatsoever. I think it is probably pointless to tell them (the lady picking up her food in front me told them her last order the chicken was tough and they said nothing to her except "Oh", not sorry, not anything) ....we moved on from Lins Express to these guys, I guess it is time to move on from here now as well. These 2 quart size dinners were $30, $29.03 to be exact! Was it even close to worth it, not even a little bit, huge waste of money. Oh, just got billed separately an additional $5.25 more because I upgraded the already hugely expensive spicy garlic shrimp quart dinner to pork fried rice from the white rice that comes with it, so effectively 1 of the dinners was over $20. If it had been absolutely delicious, I'd be o.k. with it. Not to mention they give like 2 tablespoons worth of gravy inside the container and I'm sure if you ask for extra on the side there is probably a separate charge for that too. Nope, if I am gonna buy expensive Chinese takeout we will just order exclusively from 813 in Walden Woods Plaza. The only reason we don't always order from there is because we live on this side of town.

I don't always leave a bad review.. but this I will! It breaks my heart because we use to loved this place! But they lost me as a customer! My food was old & cold when it was delivered to me and the seasme chicken was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. I contacted them no answer, tried contacting them again and the person didn't understand me.. I tried to contact them and no one answered the phones I assumed they're busy cause it's a popular place.. I tried contacting them recently and no one answered I even went up there during their business hours and they're closed, so I wasted gas. I finally contacted them thru Google and I explained and they told me they would replace my order... I called the restaurant to get my order replace and they said no, not gonna do it because it's been to long since you ordered your food last... um that's not my fault you didn't answer your phones, Or you were closed, and didn't understand me. The lady I talked to she said she was the manager and she started to have an attitude with me.. because I took photos of the cold and old crab ragoons.. she yelled at me saying me you can't have photos of cold food.. uh maam you know it's cold and old by looking at them! Had to reheat them in an air fryer.. they were still chewy. Yeah unfortunately they lost a customer! Horrible customer service.
