Nice little diner/cafe. Service was good. The food is a little over priced for what you get. A lot of what we got seemed like it was from a box or premade. The Mac and cheese was overcooked and bland. What little taste was like generic boxed. The Country Fried Steak had a weird taste. Catfish was good, as well as the Fried Okra. With tip we paid over $36 for 2 people. That was one breakfast and one dinner.
Foods not great. Bisquick pancakes. Eggs tasted weird. The hash browns were good. The place is just kinda dirty. The blinds were caked with dust, ceiling was dirty. Downtown plant city is kind of like a ghost town.
Honestly pretty good, was in the area to drive my friend to an appointment. Had just woken up little hungry mostly searching for coffee. The food was homely and delicious. And the atmosphere was welcoming. Will be returning when in the area. This was one of the kindest meals I have had in a long time.
