I switched to this starbucks simply because its close to my job. I have worked in plant city for 16 years wi5h me going to this one for many years daily Monday through Friday and I get the same thing everyday and I have had so many mess up on my drink. That i find out when I am at work and it isn't convenient to go back the same day. When I call sometimes in the morning no one answers the phone or finally someone answers. And its always come back now or in the morning to replace it. Its always a shame that this happens too much that I may see if I can try a buy what I get off line and make it since its empress cloud green tea. Because i don't like early Grey tea at all

Shannon!!! She was absolutely just amazing!!! Over the craziness of red cup day she made sure I got my drink and made it to perfection!!! Please give this girl a raise because she was the best barista i’ve ever met!!
I was desperate for a coffee the other day, but my toddler decided to have a meltdown as we were waiting to order. I was about to just give up and go home, but the staff were so incredibly kind. They chatted with him and helped calm him down, so I could stay and order. By the time we left he was smiling and laughing. You totally changed my day, thank you!! Oh and the latte was delicious.

The staff and atmosphere make me feel like I am visiting a local independent coffee shop rather than a giant franchise. They always make sure to go above and beyond with making you feel welcome. The drinks and food are also always on point. Highly recommend.
