I’ve never been to a Starbucks where they blast the music and continue to do so when you ask them to turn it down. Go work at the club or a pub if that's the atmosphere you like.

Wait time was over 30 minutes in drive thru later drove to the window and the employee at the window had the audacity to tell me to go around or come inside per manager. Worse management and Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Good morning I stop at this Starbucks location every morning before work and the employee Alex is absolutely amazing how warm greeting smile and great service keeps me coming back to this particular Starbucks every morning. She is a employee that needs to be recognized for her amazing work and great customer service that she performs.

Had a coupon with the app went in to redeem received order but not the discount tried to get help in the store but was no use was told to call corporate I was on hold for 20 minutes and only received part of my discount

I personally just don't Like the taste of star bucks but I got some today n coffee tasted like oldmilk egg whites was so soggy I gave it to my dogs.
But important thing is customer service is great

Drive-thru service at this location is horrible. Place a mobile order and pick up at the drive-thru is the worst thing that you can do.
I have done that a couple times and I had to get out of the drive-thru and just go in and get my drink.

I had to come to Plant City for an errand and after not getting my food at Hardee’s I decided to try service here. Placed a mobile order for a coffee and a burrito. Coffee was good. Burrito was cold, not thoroughly cooked and wasn’t given the siracha on the side. Not from Plant City but two bad experiences within an hour, their restaurants need serious improvement. For what things cost you’d expect better service.

They often have a long line that has more to do with the speed in which they work vs actual customers, which was the case today. I went inside, empty but one seated customer. Out of 4 or 5 employees, none acknowledged me. Eventually someone said they’d be with me shortly and then continued their conversation. They did eventually take my order, which arrived wrong. It’s a further drive but, going forward, I’ll give my patronage to Catnip or KrazyKup.

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks and have generally had good experiences, but yesterday was quite disappointing. My daughter has a dairy allergy, not just lactose intolerance, she will actually break out in hives, so it's crucial that her drinks are dairy-free.

We ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and specifically requested no caramel drizzle, only caramel syrup. Despite emphasizing "no dairy," the drink arrived with caramel drizzle, we get it, mistakes happen, so we alerted them and they took back to remake drink.

In addition to that, I ordered a white chocolate mocha with skim milk and no whip, along with a chocolate cake pop. At the window, I had my phone out to scan for points and I had my credit card out for payment. However, they charged my card before scanning for points, which meant I didn't earn any points for yesterday's order.

To add to the confusion, they handed me two white mochas instead of one when I asked if he charged me for two he said yes, so I was like okay I’ll just drink it tomorrow. When we received the corrected caramel ribbon crunch, the color seemed off—possibly missing coffee—and my daughter had to add espresso at home to fix it. Finally, when I went to enjoy my cake pop, I discovered it was a white chocolate one instead of the chocolate cake pop I had ordered.

Overall, all the mistakes made this visit the worst experience we've had at any Starbucks.
