Starbucks on James Redman, what’s going on here I just ordered a lemon cake and I received it half eaten. Unacceptable!!!

Today (July 7, 2025 around 7:30am) I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks. I have a few favorited locations on my app and clicked the wrong one by mistake. I called the store I made the order to and let them know not to make the order as I wouldnt be able to make it to that location. I asked if they would be able to refund the order and they informed me they were unable to and to either call 1-800-STARBUCKS or call the store I want to order from and have them fill the order. That would be THIS store.
Needless to say, I called this store and spoke with the shift lead, she told me they were unable to refund or place the order so Id have to call the 1-800-STARBUCKS which I then preceded to do only for them to not be open for calls yet. So i called this store back and spoke with the shift lead again and then asked to speak with a manager.
This is where the experience gets TERRIBLE. This manager was rude as hell, she has no business being a manager and honestly im sure she has caused this location to lose a lot of business. She informed me that this is their new protocol that had been in place for “a year” (which is incorrect) and that they had to place this new protocol because they were losing money and now dont have access to the app. When I told her I couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone, she basically said theres nothing she could do and so I asked if she could just refund or place the order this one time if I come in and show her my order on the app and then she started to be really rude speaking down to me then hanging up the phone on me.
I can assure you this “manager” is the reason this store is losing money and they definitely lost me as a customer predominantly because of the so called “customer service” she provided, or should I say failed to provide.
This wouldnt be the first time Ive had a bad experience here when it comes to food being over cooked/burnt in the toaster or coffee not being made like other stores.
I would not waste your time or money at this location, especially since they make it impossible to receive any sort of refund or credit back if something goes wrong, so now im down $10.97 with no breakfast.
This is the worst Starbucks you could possibly go to. The drinks always suck they always burn the food and the management is incompetent. The store manager is one of the rudest people I ever met in my life. She literally hung up on me. She should not be in management anywhere ever. So rude and has no care for the customer experience.
Go to any other store but this one.

I Just wanted to thank everyone here for always treating me well. I come here frequently and over a year ago something happened to me medically to where it got difficult to speak. I have to type It on my phone. They are always kind and patient with me when taking my order. Always greeted with a smile and haven't gotten my order wrong. Even when I like to try tiktok drinks they make it right or suggest something to add to it because they new it wouldn't mix well. Sometimes I order online but mainly inside because there is no option to get ice water online.

Five people working and yet no help when needed. No knowledge meant either while standing at counter waiting for help. The floor and tables were dirty. The back counters were they prepare drinks were dirty as well. Music was too loud. Disappointing to see how this newer store seems be such a letdown.

Amanda is the rudest worker I’ve ever met in my life, doesn’t understand customer service in the slightest, I have no idea how she got any sort of manager position with the way she talks to customers and her employees, that lady is psychotic as he||.

Upon entering the establishment, a palpable tension permeated the air, evident among the visibly uncomfortable employees. In contrast to their typically amiable and enthusiastic demeanor, the presence of the store manager had created an atmosphere of heightened apprehension. Her stringent approach had apparently cast a shadow over the workplace, causing employees to tread EXTREMELY carefully. The baristas appeared disinterested in their roles, neither genuinely enjoying serving customers nor attempting to establish connections. While a long drive-through line is a common feature in this store, their usual speed and efficiency were notably absent. Today, the entire store seemed to operate at a snail’s pace.

First time at this location. I ordered 3 drinks. Vanilla Bean and Caramel Frap was watered down. Absolutely NO flavor. My Son had the pink drink and it was O.K. Very expensive drink with tip $19.31. Very unhappy and won’t be back.
