Terrible service. Got to the window and was lectured about making mobile orders. They then proceeded to hand me my incorrectly made drinks. Will not be returning to this location when a much better (and nicer) one is not far.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in Hillsborough for customer service. The times in drive thru are awful. Waited 20 mins last week in drive through with only 4 cars. Today decided to go inside to avoid the long time frame from last time... I was straight up IGNORED in the lobby for maybe seven minutes? Baristas walking by, talking to each other, wouldn't even glance to front counter. Just awful. Management needs to touch base with their staff. Two terrible experiences now, I'll just go to a different location from now on. Worth the ten minute drive to not be ignored or have to wait three minutes for the drive thru lady to even take payment from the car at the window with their card at the ready. ?

Jolin and tray. hade that worse attitude. Jolin got mad because there was that last croissant, and she said that she couldn't sell it because it was her lunch. And then we ask tray a question and give us a bad attitude.

Has to be one of the worst peppermint mochas I've ever had. The coffee tasted burnt and the taste of peppermint was barely there. The drink was overly bitter, and it just didn't taste good at all. It seemed like there was zero sugar added.

My first time at Starbucks and was very disappointed in the wasted money. My Carmel frappe was tasteless and My ham and Cheese Croissant was cold and Sloped together.. I left their and went straight to hole n one donuts and their is where I recemend better prices and Breakfast....

The reason, I’m giving them a one star is because. I saw a woman behind the counter who was handling everyone’s food sneeze. Not once but twice. Not one time did she cover her mouth. This happened this morning. She just kept going like she did nothing.

Service was bad. I placed a mobile order and waited in the mobile order line, I wasn’t greeted and the person behind me was taken care of before me although she walked in after. I was never greeted by anyone in the 8 minutes I waited for my coffee. Eventually my name was called and I was on my way. Drink was made perfect , and the atmosphere of the building was nice .

Juliana is the best barista at that store, she is always so positive & helpful she is the absolute BEST!!! don’t get me started on her drinks either!! JESUS CHRIST that girl needs to manage her own Starbucks she is the best to ever do it & she deserves a manager job! definitely better than their current one, she needs a raise!!!

This is the worst service I ever received at a Starbucks! Every time I order an iced match tea the wait is super long and customers who have placed their order after me received their order and I’m left waiting. I made a complaint to an employee and they were still not helpful in resolving or responding to my issue. Thank you for the poor service! You just. Lost a customer!
