Best subway in town. Joseph and the other gentleman working made our subs perfectly. They were fast, efficient, and had a smile on their faces, despite it being 10:30 at night. Definitely recommend checking out this subway, for those late night cravings. I'll be visiting this subway again soon. Keep up the good work guys.

I ordered a chicken wrap and a roast beef wrap. Both were dressed as the opposite sandwich was supposed to be, so neither of us could eat our wrap. The receipt attached to the bag was correct, but the wraps were not. I tried to call subway and pressed 2 to speak to someone. It said they were busy and to leave a message. Then it said the voice mail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. So yeah.

Man working at 7pm on the 27th was very rude, slow. This place is a joke, can't even handle a few customers. Poorly made food, disrespectful staff. Can't even multitask two things.

I have been going to this subway for years never had a problem but tonight one the guys that has fixed my sandwiches for years was rude as hell to me (yeah you know who you are) I told him I needed 2 chicken bacon ranch footlongs then I was deciding on two more which was about two minutes when I ordered the other two he rolled his eyes sighed and said I asked you how many sandwiches you wanted when you came in ugh no you didn't his whole attitude was bad while making the sandwiches I'll never go back to this place if the manager reads these reviews you better get your crew under control before your another empty building in Plant city.

Went to buy my subway orders didn’t like the person working there she was rude hurrying me up I had 3 orders 1 was telling me what vegetables I wanted on my subway the other mean lady what cheeses the heck .🤦🏻♀️I told her hold on please I have 3 orders and o can’t answer them at the same time there was no line and she was hurring me up last time. Come here 😡by the way is the tall one who was rude .

I ordered through the app and they didn’t make my sandwich per my instructions. I took it to go and then had to go back. They remade my sandwich but did not offer anything more than a half-hearted apology.

Haven't been for a couple of years. Because of the sandwich quality went downhill. Still has not improved. Sandwiches are overpriced and not a very good quality. Most likely will not go back again.

Great food. Love it. Parents love it also. Just hate people who look at you like in disgust when you are walking in like you bothered them eating and looking at you ugly like you don't belong there.
Mom made a remark back to a guy who was looking at myself and my parents in disgust and across the lobby a family looking and starting to get offended but that did not hurt us but it did hurt them because what they were doing DID NOT WORK!!!!

The crew was extremely unprofessional and acted as if we weren’t talking loud enough into the drive thru speaker. I almost had to yell, then after telling them my order 2 times at the drive thru and once at the window… they still managed to make my order wrong and sloppy, I asked specifically for no tomatoes or onions and that’s literally all I got on my sandwich. My girlfriend tried ordering then the young man at the drive thru window began to become angry and started rushing us through until I told him something about it. Subway needs to re train the crew that is on staff because this is by far the most awful experience I’ve had at any subway spots ever and it will be the last time I go to this location.

The employees at this store is very unprofessional rude disrespectful had me sitting at the drive-through for over 15 minutes when I asked them when he was going to take my order he told me hold on. He’ll be with me when you get a chance very rude, disrespectful and nasty when I walked into the store and asked for the store manager’s number and corporate. He got rude and disrespectful in front of customers. I will be forwarding this message to corporate office.
DO NOT PLACE A MOBLE ORDER THEY WILL MESS IT UP! I ordered a tosted sandwich and the sandwich was cold as ice and the cheese wasn't melted! I'm surprised they remembered to put bacon in my sandwich!
