The crew was extremely unprofessional and acted as if we weren’t talking loud enough into the drive thru speaker. I almost had to yell, then after telling them my order 2 times at the drive thru and once at the window… they still managed to make my order wrong and sloppy, I asked specifically for no tomatoes or onions and that’s literally all I got on my sandwich. My girlfriend tried ordering then the young man at the drive thru window began to become angry and started rushing us through until I told him something about it. Subway needs to re train the crew that is on staff because this is by far the most awful experience I’ve had at any subway spots ever and it will be the last time I go to this location.

The employees at this store is very unprofessional rude disrespectful had me sitting at the drive-through for over 15 minutes when I asked them when he was going to take my order he told me hold on. He’ll be with me when you get a chance very rude, disrespectful and nasty when I walked into the store and asked for the store manager’s number and corporate. He got rude and disrespectful in front of customers. I will be forwarding this message to corporate office.

The Hispanic man working tonight was very rude to my son. He had an attitude and we had to walk out before I lost my cool. I swear the quality of this subway has dropped significantly over the years. I don't know if I will ever come back. And I'm not one to ever leave a bad review on somebody but today was my worst experience ever in a Subway Restaurant chain.

I ordered a tuna wrap. They took a piece of flatbread and rolled it up trying to make it look like a wrap, which I don’t like flatbread. Nobody bothered to call. This is an absolute disgrace. I will not be going back there again

I ordered a hot Italian with mayonnaise oil vinegar, banana peppers, tomatoes, and this is how my sandwich came that is so uncalled for I had the kid make me two sandwiches. He slapped one together. I made him take that back and this is how my sandwich came I’m very unsatisfied.
