Rude and slow. Sad as it’s a new location just had a mobile order which I do frequently for this location and ever since their last manager moved to the memorial Boulevard location, you will wait 15 minutes past your pick up time for your mobile order.

We went threw the drive threw Saturday night around 10:15pm we ordered our food got all the way home and we ordered two deluxe boxes with the crunch wrap and one of our crunchwraps were missing and I've very disappointed bc we always come.to tacobell when getting off at county line rd

I am literally crying while typing this I am so sad I just got home and opened my Taco Bell and they got my taco wrong!! I was so looking forward to my taco and they ruined my dreams of it!! Please send condolences as I was not able to eat my taco:(

Since this location has opened at county line road the quality and and quantity has drastically changed. So my husband ask for extra meat. And 12’tacos became 49.47 dollars this is ridiculous and shocking. Don’t go there.

Pre writing this review as im sitting here waiting 20 minutes because they lost the order and I thought it was taking a while and 10min in I asked and they never even started cuz they must've missed it. If they don't at lesst apologize for wasting 25 minutes of my time this 3 star review will be going up. Update they quite literally said sorry, nothing free, no refund, no free ticket for something next time

Would not recommend this location. Ordered on the app, got our food, and pulled around to make sure it was correct. I ordered no sour cream on my items. Looked at the items. The one was correct the other was not it had sour cream. Went back around and told them. The guy said he made one with and one without and the one that had no sour cream was marked. It appeared they had packed them into the wrong boxes. Okay cool. I got home bit into it and it had sour cream after they assured me that it didnt. These items are not cheap. If I order something a certain way I expect to get what I ordered and paid for. Do better.

Went in this morning to get breakfast and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese crunch wrap with no jalapeño sauce and large Pepsi . Even asked the lady to make sure they didn’t put jalapeños sauce on it and the screen even said it. Get to the window lady hands me small Pepsi and got mad when I told her I wanted a large. Get me food and take a bite and of course it has jalapeño sauce and she didn’t even give me my doughnut bites. Literally the only thing they could of done worse was not give me my food at all 🙄
I normally visit this location very frequently due to me working off county line road. I normally have a pleasant visit, and It’s very seldom that I leave reviews but this has really been a bothersome for me . So I’ve been to this location twice this week which today is June 9 I came on the 8th as well . But I noticed a new manager to later find out he’s the General manager , which makes it worse . So a mother came in and spoke to him while I was placing an order on the kiosk , I overhear the mother asked could she speak to him and he tells the other employee for what ? The mother proceeded to ask the general manager could he not scream and threatened to fire her child in front of everyone and he starts to raise his voice in an unnecessary tone and kicked the lady out of the store yes they both started to become belligerent but the way he treated them both were horrible. I will not be back here anymore
