Hands down....the Best place to get a Cuban sandwich

Usually I love this place been coming here for yrs although it's about 45 min to an hr. drive away from me. I eat here often because their sandwiches are delicious and their customer service is usually A1. However today a nice lady named Roberta took my order by ph and I explained I wanted use my bday coupon (since I'm a rewards member) which she said was fine to present it at pickup. But when I tried my coupon we realized it had expired a day prior. When we spoke to Jill (the manager) she basically shrugged it off and told me it was nothing she could do.That once the coupon is out of the system that was it. I didn't fuss or argue back I just paid for my sandwiches and left. But I won't support them anymore nor will I encourage anyone else too. Yes their food is good but that's not how you treat a customer whose driven an hr away and has patronized your business for years in my opinion.

Always delicious and fresh food. The smoothies are great too.

Its disappointing that this place used to be great all around but now has become a dreadful place to eat. The place has changed a lot this past year, TERRIBLE service and sandwiches poorly made. Im not sure what happened to the prior employees, they used to greet you with a smile, have order made quickly, and make the sandwiches correctly but your new employees are extremely rude and unpleasant. It would be nice to consider this review and have a talk with your employees

Excellent Cuban sandwiches and strawberry shakes and everything they make here is really good. There is a little bit of weight but it’s because they’re making such good quality food and it’s definitely worth a visit and the prices are reasonable and the human sandwiches are amazing.

Unfortunately their cuban sandwich doesn't have real shredded pork. It's all sliced pork. Just not that great. The strawberry shake was awesome tho. Prices are decent

Great little place. Cubans are up there with the best. My advice is to call your order in ahead. There can be quite a wait if you want to order and there is no inside waiting area. In other words: it's hot out! But also expected anywhere in the Great state of Florida!

They've always had great sandwiches but just like most places changed the recipe.
We were there today and the sandwich tucked. They quit using real roast pork, instead it was one thing slice of imitation roast pork. It was just a ham sandwich. What a disappointment.
