🤢🤮 served me rotten bananas with my strawberry milkshake, along with a flimsy styrofoam cup that leaked at the seams. The customer service, let's just say it was little girls who served us that barely looked 16 and had no customer service skills!! Do better Twistee Treat!

This place use to be good but now the staff hide from customers me and my family waited for longer than 10 minutes and even knock on the window but nobody answered once we was in the car they decided to show up . The dude with blonde tip decided to be super rude after we ask to remake my ice cream after doing it wrong and he decided to back talk and be extremely rude definitely need better management

I get sick 4 out of 5 visits. Prices are okay. Staff are inexperienced or just uncaring. Used to be really good. This place need an owner change.

We have been loyal customers for years! Have always been pleased, and usually go once a week. Unfortunately, the past couple of months has not been at the same standards as the years prior. Basically it comes down to shorting the customers. Occasionally not filling an order to the top, which of course can happen, is now the norm. When ordering a medium twister, they are filled 2/3 of the way. But, I pay for a medium, not a small, but the actual amount is a small. It’s not so much that I’m getting less ice cream but the fact that I’m paying for something that I’m not getting. It’s gotten to the point where I’m going to actually go elsewhere, which is a shame! I’m hoping the owner sees this post and addresses this. I’m hoping this isn’t another “shrinkflation” event happening at my favorite ice cream joint!

Ice cream was the same as always, great. Service was nice but we had to wait a while to be served with kids who grew a little impatient. It would be nice to see the outdoor seating with more umbrellas heading into the summer heat.

Loved, loved, loved the soft serve ice cream. I had a brownie sundae with added carmel topping. It was awesome but almost too much. It's nice knowing there are still good small business places like Twistee Treat.
