Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart doesn't deserve zero star. It is the WORST Walmart in USA. The service is TERRIBLE and most of the products are not available on the shelves. The Walmart regional director should fire the current store manager and hire a new one from somewhere other than Florida.

I have lived in Plant City for a year. The Walmart at Plant City is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever shopped in. The store is literally out of the basic shopping list daily. They stop selling Perdue ground chicken there and are selling their brand which is full of water and looks terrible. Lines are long, housewares very limited, clothing terrible. Do not recommend, if u pay for delivery 50 percent of order will be unavailable,.

They run out stuff fast best time to is thursday.

Can't find anyone to tell youwhere things are located.
Go to public stores where workers know where every thing is located. If you can't find it they will take you to it.

I asked the manager Gladys if she works there and she said “since the last time I checked I think I do”. She has no idea that I work for the Walmart corporate office and I can report her. I just wanted to tell her the men’s restroom handicap toilet is full of paper towels and suggest they should put a trash can in there because it’s clogged and about to overflow. She responded with “you can go tell customer service”. Sounds to me like she doesn’t care about her employees having to clean it up or a handicap person needing to that toilet. Maybe it’s me but I found her answer very sarcastic and rude. I do not recommend you asking her for help.

The staff is very friendly, the rules are slightly different in this town from others I've been to. They do not sell any nicotine products, and you have to wait until after 1p to purchase beer. Other than that, it was a great shopping experience.

People complain about the lack of cashiers and long lines, but I have never experienced any issues. Time of day plays a part and the earlier you go, the fewer issues you may experience. Self checkout is easy and quick, most items can now be found in stock, and the personnel I engage with are friendly and helpful.

When Walmart starts training their employees about customer service, I will maybe increase their stars. Again, as I update my post. I was told what I was looking for was on the other side of the store, and the employee just walked away...
