Not sure how people are making reservations, but I tried for two weeks calling this place during their business hours to make a reservation. Every time I called, nobody would answer. Tried walking in tonight for dinner only to be turned away because I did not make a reservation. Is this a joke?

Had the family there for my birthday dinner, the food, and service, was phenomenal. Highly Recommend!!!

Do not waste your time and money here. The hostess was rude and stated that we had one minute to figure out what we were eating. We arrived at lunch/ dinner change and ourselves and other patrons were rushed to finish our meal. Lights were turned off on us while we were trying to finish our meal. No where was it posted specific times that they were opened. Family members have worked at other restaurants and if they closed at 10
And a customer came in at 9:58 they still served them and treated with respect. You get treated better at Taco Bell across the street than this place.

We came in at 2:42. The hostess told us that last call for lunch was at 2:45. We said we could come back but she said, “no, take a seat.” Unfortunately, we should have just left. We were rushed our entire meal of mediocre food. The servers started to turn off the lights on us while we were eating our food. Such a shame.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve been to since I moved to FL. I have NEVER had to send my food back twice because of it being cold. The server did not offer any refills or check on us. Spent $50 for cold food and I had to wait an hour for hard rice and frozen cold veggies. The server ignored us and just flirted with the waiter for an hour straight I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

We moved from Miami to plant city been here on and off for 2 years now and we were dying to try hibachi in plant city . At this exact moment my husband my daughter and myself are in the ER with food poisoning poor quality food water even tastes horrible . Their sauces are watered down . We have been throwing up and diarrhea since we tried the food . What a disappointment .

Came in with a reservation and still didn't get served for over an hour and half. They are using spaghetti noodles now which don't pair well with everything. The chef was good and fun. The chef next to our table has a political sticker on (which is fine you can have your beliefs) but I wouldn't have profanity on it in a family restaurant. Manager didn't seem to care either. Not sure I will be back as this is the second time we had a problem with the wait. We really wanted it to be a better experience but wasn't this time.

The food isn’t worth the price. Three people in my party ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki. The chicken and shrimp were served on a bed of onions w a small bowl of rice. When I mentioned it to the waiter, that there were no other vegs, he said teriyaki is served with onions and hibachi has the vegetable. The meal was not worth the money ($18.00) for each meal. Thank you.

This place is awesome. Went there with my family and a friend's family. Something for everyone, even picky eaters. Sushi dinner was very very good. Prices extremely reasonable.
