A multi billion dollars business that doesn't have change for a $100 is wild, largest bill take is $50 if I have not eaten at Wendy's before, this closes the deal will never ever buy here, don't deserve my business or money

You have to order - in a drive thru - through an AI chat bot. It's so awful. It takes forever, does not understand American standard (God help you if you have an accent), and is a clear effort to cheapen an already cheap experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this Wendy's location. As a local resident living within walking distance, I have consistently valued the convenience and affordability of this restaurant, particularly during challenging times. Today, I placed a mobile order through Uber for pickup, and upon arrival, I approached the counter while monitoring my phone, which indicated that my order was still being prepared. The shift leader, recognizable by her blue button-down shirt, gave me a questioning look, prompting me to inform her that I had a mobile order. She then turned to a man wearing a black shirt, who appeared to be searching for my order on the POS system. Moments later, my phone displayed an apology message stating that Wendy's was unable to fulfill my order. I inquired about canceling the order, and the man claimed that this was not possible. When I asked if he was the general manager, he confirmed that he was. I expected him to offer to take my order while accessing the POS system, but he did not. Despite waiting for a few seconds, he failed to take my order . Notably, my past experiences at this location have been exceptional, but the service I received today was subpar, and the staff seemed unconcerned with upholding the brand's standards or providing a welcoming experience for a local customer

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. I asked for a refund for an upcharge on a drink they didn’t even have, and instead of handling it professionally, the staff laughed at me. The manager was present and did nothing to correct their behavior. When I later called to ask for the district manager’s number, Shawn rudely refused to provide it and told me to “Google it.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

David, apparently a store manager (no name or role identification) is condescending and rude to his employees and customers. Snaps orders to staff - no please, thank you and doesn’t have time to explain when they appear confused.
He apparently thrives in running his own fiefdom and presumes that guest and employee alike know how important he is.
Also, in his realm, the timeliness of window orders is critical so that staff make customers leave the drive thru window to wait for food even if no other cars are in line and speed reigns over good customer service. On my order several errors- sandwich made wrong, missing food and at home realized missing dipping sauce.
I’m okay with waiting or fixing mistakes- fast food is a tough job (been three done that) - but a nasty supervisor with a Napoleon complex in too much of a hurry to be nice THAT does not set a good example. Ugg don’t expect much from here.

Keke, one of the managers here is extremely rude and problematic. If the GM sees this, please check the cameras. Keke got so mad because I requested assistance from a different manager who actually helped me and scanned my Wendy’s app barcode to get my points after Keke was refusing to do it and called me racist and homophobic names. On camera, at 9:58 pm tonight July 15th, she called the cops and tried to trespass me because she was angry at me for asking the other manager, who was actually helpful, to just scan my Wendy’s app QR code after she refused to do it. Everyone else there, aside from Keke, has been super nice and even took my side when the police showed up. I recorded the whole interaction and I have video I’m sending in to corporate of her trying to deny my usage of the app and trying to close the doors of the lobby on me early. I’ve never seen a manager less deserving of her position, the regional manager should fire Keke, she is bringing this place down and I love the fresh food and all the other employees here are very nice and respectful. It’s illegal to file false police reports and I will be pressing charges.

Absolutely horrible experience first off we came in and everything was fine then they started getting busy, I had ordered frosties and waited for 15 mins yes I understand they were busy but there was a older woman who I’m assuming was getting ready for audit and she was just standing around. One of the ice machines were off the other was out of ice and carbonation, my child found a black hair in her food, there was a black gentleman that came in and the whole persona changed all employees were now being rude horrible experience
