No one in front of me but someone order before me they got their food before me had me pull forward and had me wait for over 10 min for a medium biggie bag chicken BLT for what !??? I’m not my damn break not trying to waste it by sitting in one spot not eating makes no sense! Killing my time !
This location says it opens at 6:30am. We stopped at 7:15am to pick up our food. The doors were locked and we were told we couldn't use the restroom or wash our hands. We will not return to this location.

We're here tonight on the way home went through the drive-thru AI voice comes on I tell it I want one large chocolate Frosty one large vanilla Frosty and one bacon and cheese baked potato hand in the card to pay and they don't confirm the order do not go here they handed me three chocolate frosties in one vanilla Frosty even though I ordered one at the thing and they didn't confirm everything and already paid for them so I took them anyways without having to wait for a refund

If there was an option for zero stars, id choose it. Pulled through drive through, waited literally 10 mins. NOBODY answered. I pulled up to the window, they looked at me and walked away. There were about 5-6 cars in the drive through and every single one had drove off. This is the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to!
Very slow and by the time we got home our fries were cold soda machine in lobby was all messed up all the sodas tasted horrible. Everything was clean.

I put in an order online and since the line in the Drive-Thru was long I changed the pickup method. Somehow my order got canceled so they didn't have it anymore and the employee didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to place it inside. Great job!

I decided while I waited for my son to finish a school event, I would stop and get Wendy’s as a treat for my bday. Was welcomed immediately by a gentleman behind the counter, who was busy but said they would be right with me. He took my order and was extremely friendly, I got my food super fast. It was hot and tastes amazing!!!!!

It's under new management and I get than transition periods are difficult but it was awful. The food was sloppy, they didn't have any ice or soda and quite honestly the staff seemed pretty fed up. Will I try it again, yes but only because they have been good in the past but today's visit was just bad.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This evening was my second time coming to this Wendy’s and sitting at the drive-through for 5+ minutes waiting for somebody to take my order. The first time I decided to just pull away frustrated, today I pulled up to the window to see if maybe something was broken and the intercom wasn’t working. When I pulled up, I counted six or seven employees inside, one of them being the manager as he was close enough for me to read his tag. They avoided eye contact at the window until I frustratingly pulled away. This Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and in a small town like this, poor service will close this place down. While I was there, multiple people pulled away that were waiting. Easily 5 customers. Just save your frustrations and go elsewhere.
Manager on Duty at 2:45 pm on Weds was VERY Obnoxious & RUDE. They are short staffed as well.

Change your hrs the app and here say 630 your open at 6 all your doing is loosing customers!!! So stupid
