came at around 10:10pm on a Thursday night nobody was in line but me. whenever they answered through the drive thru they were laughing bad customer service right of the bat. Took our order and made us pull up because the food wasn’t ready and all i ordered was a 4for4 and i’ve been waiting for a good 20-25 mins without only being me as a customer. it shouldn’t take that long for a 4for4 to be made very bad service.

I like to get the fusion frosties fries too Double Stack chili that's about all I eat from they have been doing really good on the fusions if you get the right person at the window some of them out of their own stock in Wendy's and they want to be really specific stingy they never fill it up full enough and they are stingy with what they put in it there is no definite measurements it depends on who's working and how they're feeling which is not fair to the customer I had to pay a $1.20 for extra Crunchies in mine and I bought a large to start with so that that they were trying to rip me off and they had a bad day cuz I can't see them and you put more and you're like oh there's plenty in there I'm like I paid $ $1.20 extra put more in there I shouldn't have to ask you twice I am the customer the only bad experience I have ever had

I bought 2 Large biggie bag chicken BLTs, 2 6pc chicken nugget kids meals and 3 son of a baconators for $3 each. I figured why not go back around for 4 more son of a baconators. My husband and I started to feel sick about an hour or two after we both ate one. I was going to save the rest for later so I didn’t have to cook dinner for anyone. At 3 AM I was cleaning up throw up. All together I spent almost $60. The cashier wasn’t too friendly but the lady working the window was amazing with my kids in the car.

My kids ask to stop in once a week and the meals are always cold and half the time they get the order wrong . The night shift manager is rude . After spending 80$ plus once a week have come too realize someone isn’t just having a bad day the store is just horrible !
