Wendy’s,on County Line, is in the process of having a new drive-through sign put in. They do not post this anywhere, no one outside directing people to come inside to order. I stayed in line for 12 minutes and watched 2 potential customers leave along with myself. I called the restaurant to which the company apologized for the inconvenience but told me that they were doing as the manager instructed and hung up on.

Giving the benefit of the doubt, I visited here 3 times within the past 2 months. Every single time, my order was wrong and the most recent visit was ridiculously so. As shown in the picture: I ordered a Dave's single, no cheese, no pickles, no mayo. I didn't even know wendys had muenster, but thats a cheese. The bun is old and the beef isnt a Dave's single patty. Lettuce and tomato are as shown. I ordered unsweet tea. Was given sweet tea.
Nuggets are burnt as shown. Will go to S. Florida in the future as they have their act together.

Walked in today at lunchtime and wanted to place my special order at the counter and was told that, according to company policy, no counter orders could be taken until ALL of the kiosk orders were filled and that if we, I was not alone, wanted to place an order it must be done at the kiosk. Per company policy. Needless to say, I was not polite with my response. To add to that, the girl at the front counter made direct eye contact with me at least 4 times and did not inform us of said policy until I spoke up and asked when our order would be taken. What a horrible way to do business, to tell the customer in front of you that you will not take thier order in person.

Usually, during the day and early evening, I can expect good food and some friendly people; however when I come through after 10, it's a toss up on if I'll be able to order. It's strange that in the later evenings, the card machine is frequently down, and they can only accept cash payments, but it's never like that during the day. To be honest, this feels like people are trying to be lazy by eliminating the main source of payments in the evenings in hopes that they have to work less. If you manage or own this location, please spot check to verify this for yourself. I would like to be able to use my card to pay when I work late and want dinner on my way home.
The food was good. I was driving through Lakeland and was starving. I ordered the single big bacon classic. By the time I was almost done with my cheeseburger, I realized there was no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. 😞 I was driving while eating. I don't live in Lakeland. It was still good. Just missing my bacon on my bacon cheeseburger.
