A lil slow in the drive thru at times but the food is usually actually fresh and hot which I love about this place

The food is great! It.is always hot and the wait is usually minimal. The girl taking drive thru orders needs to trade places with someone who isn't pushy and listens. I'm so tired of going there during lunch and she isn't listening and keep saying anything else. She repeats herself two or three times asking the same thing. If she would take her time. (I know it's lunch rush, but geez) and listen it would go more smoothly.

Bathroom is absolutely filthy urine an all over the seat on the floor the toilet paper dispenser is empty and broken open there are a couple of napkins that somebody used across the floor with a stack of 3 waiting to be used. How on earth do you run a business like this?

Look, I want to love Wendy’s. I really do. The food can be good. The fries? Okay. That spicy chicken sandwich? Not bad—when they have it.
But that’s the problem: they never have anything. Every time I roll up, it's like spinning a sad little wheel of disappointment. No baked potatoes. No nuggets. No chili. No salads. One time they were out of Coke. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF COKE?!
It’s honestly impressive how consistently inconsistent it is. I go in with hopes and leave with whatever’s left—and a side of regret. It’s starting to feel less like fast food and more like a game of “guess what we don’t have today.”

This location has gone down bad . Tried to order at the counter and was completely ignored then after using the kiosk we received cold and old food. The burgers were cold and the chicken nuggets were old and tough . For a corporate store I would expect better from the crew.I traveled 2 miles after receiving my food before eating it.

Got a Breakfast Burrito Combo, Barely had Fries.Of Course no Keptup. I asked for a lemonade juice, it tasted horrible. So,I called ASAP. The lady said She couldn't hear me. I told her, I will call right back.It went to Voicemail like 10 times about someone not being at there desk. So basically ignored me.Just horrible customer service Overall. 😑

Food was cold, hard and stale. Window down pulling away from the drive thru tasting a bag fry, I yelled “oh nawl these are cold”. An employee standing close in break heard me and started laughing as I circled back around to ask for fresh fries. didn’t even want the burger drink or nuggets.

I just got the simplest thing I could order and it was all wrong, I also had to pull up and wait longer than I should of. This location is a giant disappointment, almost every time I go. It's been a while and I just really wanted something quick before work and no surprise they mess up again. That's like 4 times in a row.

Had the chicken asiago sandwhich combo. Spicy version. Not bad, not too spicy either. Chicken co I like have been bigger and fit more of the bun but ok.
