I am only writing this review because I could not find any place for me to send an email, but I just wanted to say how disappointed I am in the salad that I had received here today. I grabbed a pecan apple salad for Work for dinner and when I got to work, it was ready to have it. I noticed that Quite a bit of the lettuce was brown and the docker green lettuce was very wilted I think for $8.50. I should at least get fresh lettuce very disappointed in this. Your salads used to be so good.i wish I could post the photos i took

Food is good and has fresh ingredients, the shredded lettuce sucks, but tolerable, not the workers faults. Service is friendly and quick depending when you go. Never had an issue with my order except for a weak soda or lemonade.

We got drive-thru, two biggie bags.
Absolutely every item in there was a freshly made. The drive-thru attendant was very nice, offering to remake our drinks if it's too much ice.
The offered us every kind of sauce imaginable. And did I mention everything was freshly made, and made correctly.

This location had long wait times, angry customers, unorganized staff members and low quality food. Not that surprised honestly. The fountain drink dispenser in the libby also didn’t have a pleasant taste. Sorry Wendy’s but I expect better than this. I’m disappointed
