Fast friendly service... Unfortunately the chicken was WAY OVERCOOKED! Obviously the company's response (to my previous survey) thought the food was enjoyed. It WAS NOT! IT WAS OVERCOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN PUT BACK IN THE FRYER TO REHEAT THEN SERVED!!! The employees were nice and the restaurant was okay. The food was HORRIBLE!!!!
I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

WHAT IN THE WORLD.

Came in at night, maybe about 8/9pm. They had hardly any items on the menu available. When asking what they had, they kept saying chicken. So I asked what type of chicken and they say they have chicken.

Any sides, no… we’re out except for this item.
Chicken, no we don’t have this item.

Basically they sell chicken but when you ask they have no idea how to explain it to you.

Came through the drive thru at 9:25 pm. Ordered wings and things but I wanted traditional. Tried to knock on the door to get an employees attention and was informed I would have to wait in line again just to have my order corrected. By the time I spoke to someone at the window it was 9:35 pm. Then was told by the cashier at the window that they were closing and wings take 15 minutes to cook. They closed at 10 so I'm confused... Also was out of egg rolls for the salad.

Poor customer service. Ordered and watched as an entire set of orders filled that came after mine and then the awful attitude when I asked the status of my order. Never again.

No ice machine working. Had to ask for ice from behind counter. Sad that this Plant City location is not up to par with other Zaxby locations. Maybe poor management, had 3 bad experiences. Finding another chicken restaurant
