Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had to change the food review because they serving spoiled food. Ordered a “Zalad” and the cucumbers were moldy and slimy, and the lettuce was brown and withered… photos included.

This review is also an attempt to get the management to do something about the bad lighting on the exterior of the building and premises. Drive thru lighting has been out for several months. The manager has made their bosses aware and nothing has been fixed.
Maybe a review written by an actual customer, who doesn’t feel too safe May garner some attention from the Zaxby’s management.
It’s an attempted robbery or even worse waiting to happen at the drive thru. Take some of the revenue and fix the lighting. Make it brighter and safer for your customers.

So I went in there I forgot the lady when I was older she had an attitude the whole time she didn’t even put my sauce in a bag and it was just all over the place. She tossed a cup to me and it was just a mess. That was the worst service I’ve ever had.

I came to this location and ordered two meals with two strawberry lemonades through the drive thru. Got home, ate the food and finished the drink but as I went to open the cup to dump the ice out I found a rusted metal piece inside of the cup. Not sure if this was the only piece in it or not, but if there was it was small enough to be swallowed because this was all I found. I called to speak to a manager and let them know of the situation not even asking for a refund but just looking out for the safety of other customers and she seemed to not care at all. Very unprofessional and just upsetting that this is how customers are treated especially when I know others wouldn’t have been as nice as I was over the phone….

Chicken stripe and wings were over cooked, very tough, no taste. Several years ago in Georgia we gave Zaxbys a try, was disappointed. So now in Plant City we gave them a try, no luck there either. We are all out of tries for Zaxbys.

I’ll finally leave my review and post a picture of the type of food served. I hadn’t been here for at least 4 or 5 months because the last time I had bad quality food and once again I got the same.

This restaurant was disgusting, the food wasn't edible, the drink machine was giving warm drinks and they had no ice. There's ants and flys all over the place including the tables. The floor was wet all over from a leak, and the staff didn't seem to care.
Salad was partially brown, toast was stale and not toasted. Fries we're old and chicken was hard as a brick. Disgusting, avoid going here. Drive a little further and go to Mulberry

Edit: They haven’t reached out even after going through the proper channels. This Zaxbys clearly does not care about the customer. Only their bottom line.

Chicken was tough. Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Gossiping right in front of me. Ordered an order online and came into pick it up and their system wasn’t setup right for me to pick it up in a reasonable time. Had an hour wait when they didn’t have a wait time at all. And the manager was rude as well, gave me an attitude the whole time. The whole restaurant doesn’t care about the customer or hospitality.

Fast friendly service... Unfortunately the chicken was WAY OVERCOOKED! Obviously the company's response (to my previous survey) thought the food was enjoyed. It WAS NOT! IT WAS OVERCOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN PUT BACK IN THE FRYER TO REHEAT THEN SERVED!!! The employees were nice and the restaurant was okay. The food was HORRIBLE!!!!
I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

WHAT IN THE WORLD.

Came in at night, maybe about 8/9pm. They had hardly any items on the menu available. When asking what they had, they kept saying chicken. So I asked what type of chicken and they say they have chicken.

Any sides, no… we’re out except for this item.
Chicken, no we don’t have this item.

Basically they sell chicken but when you ask they have no idea how to explain it to you.
