The cashier gave me the wrong order even though I told her TWICE!! I wouldn’t order from here at 9 to 10:15 on Fridays!! This cashier is slow and sucks!!!!

Maybe the morning crew is better because they’re older and there’s a lady that’s been there a while (idk if she’s still there but when she’s there I get the orders right), but afternoon crew sucks. I ordered a drink and she was like, what is that drink to her coworkers behind the mic. How do you not know what’s on the menu? Then I asked for another drink and she didn’t know what that drink was either. The store is pretty ghetto. Plus the empanada was broken and undercooked .

The employees are always nice and welcoming but the manager at this location is mean and rude them. I understand people learn differently but please advise or retrain mgr how to coach well.Or pull them aside or to the office.
There is a woman there named jasmine who is very rude, slow with fulfilling orders, and seems like she just doesn’t want to be there at all. If you ask for something to be added to my order and she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and still did not do what i asked. I will not be returning to that location due to the poor customer service I received from that employee.

Great place to go and enjoy fresh brewed coffee… Eva is amazing. She will make sure you have everything the dunkin way. Without her dunkin would be a complete disaster. Great management!Kid-friendliness: They have their sprinkled donuts on top which I find amazing that I don’t have to lift my child up to see a donut ! Amazing

Worse experience here. I would like to know if the manager or employees would eat this moldy food. Waited a long time in line and to add on top when I actually got my food it had mold but it was too late to return to the store because I was already at work. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here again.

July 20th 10:20am drive thru girl with gray shirt is horrible and has the worst customer service , passed me my food with an attitude . If you don’t like your job go elsewhere , I feel bad for the GM because she is a wonderful person but sad to see people like this work here , these are the people everyone talks about and they are the ones that give a bad name for the store and manager when she Is working hard to get her store up to par what’s so hard to smile and say good morning again if you don’t like your job move on somewhere else

I come here often when I’m in a pinch for time. I live in the area. Their Donuts are always dry. They taste like Walmart bakery packaged. One time the Specials drink came out really good. It tasted like a Starbucks Frappuccino. I thought it was a win and came back the next morning. It was flavorless and watery. What the heck.I don’t expect good customer service here in Kissimmee. And I DO expect scowling people at the window here, and everywhere else in this county. so I wasn’t surprised there. I just was disappointed that the drink could taste so amazing one day and all the rest of the times blah like the rest of their food.They don’t listen on the prompts and assume you mean whatever’s in their head. Since they don’t need to listen, they know what you want lol.Once such guy repeated to me something completely different that actually turned out to be pretty good. Oh well. I’m moving soon. Can’t live in Kissimmee anymore! Want better.
