Jylinn hopefully I spelled her name correctly, she needs a raise asap and I don't mean a dollar she needs the highest amount you can offer this is someone who should be leading the team her customer service skills are beyond amazing everyone else needs to go back to training. I stood there with other customers and was completely ignored even when I was alone. I'm the customer. I do not greet the workers. The workers greet the customer. Jylinn walks in to clock in and immediately, gives me 5 star service, and gets me back on the road. Everyone else acted as if I was invisible even when they were floating around doing nothing.

I went there to get what they sent me as a coupon, some kind of wrap. So I went thru the drive-thru line and I said do you take the coupon? it was a buy one get one. She has no we don't take coupons here, ok this was the only KFC within 20 mi of me why would they even send me a coupon? Anyway I got the wrap anyway and it was just okay certainly wasn't worth $6, when you can get the same thing a Burger King for 3.

The day we went was after the hurricane and they opened and the manager was cut off as the manager did not get the orders in order and we waited more than an hour for the order and he gave the order reluctantly. It has 0 from me

My eight piece bucket only had five pieces. The weird part is that I got the bucket from the drive-thru window, so it wasn’t as if a delivery driver snacked on it. The person who prepared the food, simply did not count right. Not to mention, there was no one in the drive-thru line at all except for me - no one before or after me in line. Eating out is expensive these days. I would forget it if it was missing just one piece, but three pieces is just silly.

I usually pick up the 20 dollar fill up that consists of breast, thigh, wing, leg, nuggets and fries. It's usually my go to order and I always substitute the thigh for a leg instead at the 3 locations with no issues. 192, John Young pkwy and Pleasant Hill locations. Today around 3pm, I decided to go into the Pleasant Hill location. I asked to substitute thigh for leg for my order. The employee asked, I'm assuming the manager and without even looking up he yelled out NO. I was pretty taken back by the tone this manager had and the employee told me that they don't do substitutes with deals. It's strange cause both are dark meat and the price is usually the same in KFC. All three location have substituted the thigh for a leg with no problem including where I was currently ordering. Because of the unprofessional tone the manager took I decided to not order from that particular location and will for now on order from another location. There is nothing on the website that states there are no substitutions with meat selection and I'm fully aware that white meat is an automatic uncharge. Usually if you want to change dark meat for another type of dark meat they usually change it with no hesitation. I found the manager to be quite rude and didn't seem to care so I walked out and went elsewhere for an order.
