I wasnt a fan of panada express in the past but poinciana location LOVE going here fresh food taste amazing clean and the atomsphere of the staff is also amazing. Shout out to the manager Andres from day one he has been amazing and friendly.

How do you eat food with no silverware and a bag full of sauces ? Ruined my entire lunch. Rations are mushy. Definitely need better management
The young lady behind the counter I believe her name was Cindy. She was 1000% amazing handling the line and the unexpected rush that came in while I was there was pretty impressive. I don't come on reviews often and write something but she absolutely deserves a little shout out!!! If any management team happens to read this please reward her with something great! Because man, she deserves a little something!! Thank you again Cindy you rock!!!!

I've been here a few times. Every time, I have to wait for them to replenish entrees or Lo Mein. While it's good to have fresh cooked food, it's frustrating to wait on a line then wait again for them to replenish. Serving size could be a little more generous for the price. Lomein has way too much vegetables. Cashiers seem to have multiple responsibilities. Too often I have to wait for them to take care of people who do not seem to be on the line.

I tried this food months ago since it’s close to my job and the food was good. This time I tried the noddles wasn’t cooked the rice was hard and since I ordered off Ubereats it’s hard to get a refund. DONT DO IT !!!! Nasty

Came to panda 30 minutes before closing. The meat that I wanted was out. Andres the manager asked if I wanted the meat and he would have it cooked for me. They cooked everything fresh and it was done with a smile, no one complained. I will continue to keep coming back for the great service and food

I came through the drive-through and placed an order. When I gave the guy the money, the window closed. I was trying to wave at him to let him know I had a QR code that was 20% off my order. When I told him he said that he would have to refund me and I told him OK then he came back to the window and said that he couldn’t do it that I’ll have to use it next time I come in. To me, it was pure laziness.
