one day i walked in the restaurant was about to order until i heard a manager yelling at everyone in the store with a threat of punching someone in the eye, that is very immature and innapropriate for a manager to say that, i changed my mind and walked out the store cause that was ridiculous overhearing what was said

Food is NEVER fresh, no matter what time of the day. I come when they first open the food taste like yesterday. I come around dinner food taste like it’s been sitting since lunch. Just all around a lazy staff and managers. Worst popeyes

Drive thru wasn't working. Went in, payment system was down at the register so I paid cash, didn't get a receipt. The cashier was taking pictures of the order screen on here phone. They forgot about us, so after about 7 minutes, I went up and she had to scroll through here pictures to find our order. Cost $35 for two people and took forever.

Popeye gets worse every day, it's 9:15 pm and they don't let you enter to eat inside while it says very clearly on the door that they close at 10

This is spicy hot food. If you don't like the spicy stuff stuff, watch out. Mashed potatoes taste like spicy chili, fish sandwich leaves a burn in your mouth. If you like the spice you may like this place.
This place is depressing. Not only does it take almost 30 minutes to get your food, a three piece tenders with 2 apple pies are over $22!!!! If I am paying that much for 1 meal, they should definitely have better service. I love Popeyes but the horrible customer experience ruins it for meI have been here 3 times and each time it’s a 30 minute wait to get your food. I have no idea what these employees are doing half the time. First time I went, 30 min, second time another 25 minutes. I went again to give them the benefit of the doubt, and yet again, another long wait. Oh and each time I had to get out of my car to go in because the ALWAYS forget something. It’s just horrible and I will never go back there again. This location is just bad. Too much money and too much time wasted.

Ordered 12 piece family meal with mixed chicken half classic and half spicy. Got all classic, waited parked after paying $45 for way too long. Large sides were very small. Medium at best. Thinking since we waited all will be fresh and hot. Chicken was so dry we couldn’t even eat it. Really bad food today.
