I had an issue with my order placing twice, the cashier, Nyla helped me and got me a full refund on the order. Excellent service and great food.

I don’t usually come in Zaxbys to eat, I usually do drive thru. I’m glad I did though, because Nyla who is an employee there serves amazing customer service. She was very sweet and had a lot of patience while I took forever looking for my card to pay lol. She knows how to customer service very well. Thankyou Nyla!

Stopped in for a quick meal with my son who is disabled, the girl working the counter was so good with taking my sons order she was just genuinely kind and patient, didnt rush him spoke clearly which is rare these days.will be returng

This place usually I don’t have no issues BUT tonight ? The closing crew on 8/26/25 they need to be retrained or replaced no costumer service at all literally the girl sounded and looked like she hated her job and so rude I couldn’t even order properly cause I felt rushed THEN doesn’t give me my sauce for my tenders and BARLEY NO sauce for my wings if I could give a no star I would they need to take notes from the morning people

Ordered a frozen lemonade and the drink was practically just a cup filled to the brim with crushed ice (which I ate hence picture), with lemonade flavoring at the bottom. Very unpleasant and sour. The workers were fine. Went through the drive-through also fine. The problem was primarily the food. Very under-seasoned (dry) toast and chicken. Then soggy fries with little to no salt. Zaxbys fell off from when it was first established in the Poinciana area.

I had an excellent experience with [Nyla Diaz] from customer service. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout our interaction. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and resolved my issue efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing outstanding support. I love this place. I visit one every chance I get. The food was awesome as always. Fries a little salty but still good. I just wish the would bring back the birthday cake shakes ♥️. I know longer live down south but will definitely visit any chance I get 🙌🏾

The service when I come here is always amazing but today the young lady working in the drive thru window, she told me her name was Bri but the receipt says Hailey, either way she was extremely rude and unpleasant. She needs to work on her customer service skills because the service i received from her today was awful.

I've never been to a bad zaxybys until I visited this one. Horrible experience. Horrible wait. I'm talking 50 minute wait. The manager sounded high and brushed me off.

Tonight’s experience at Zaxby’s was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and inattentive, as if WE were bothering them by being there. One employee even hit the screen during our order because I asked to add fries and sauce. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I ordered in store because every single time I’ve tried the app, website, or drive-thru, something has been wrong. Yet again, I asked for four 6-finger plates, and the order was entered as only four fingers total. I asked for a side of fries and instead received no coleslaw, just cold fries, and missing toast. On top of that, I had to plead just to get the correct amount of sauce that should already come with the meals. They questioned how many dinners I had and made me prove it, like I was trying to scam them over sauce. Ridiculous.
To top it all off, when I asked for a drink carrier for six drinks, the employee named Jan rolled her eyes and walked away, leaving another staff member to step in. I came in just trying to pick up food for my family, and somehow that turned into a miserable experience. If basic courtesy and fulfilling an order is too much to ask, maybe Jan shouldn’t be working there.
In the end, I spent $65.99 for cold, incomplete food and rude service. I feel completely ripped off. This location clearly has no regard for customer service or food quality. Absolutely disgusted.
The cheesecake bites, cheese bites, and wings were excessively dry and over-fried. I've attached pics. Nothing inside the cheesecake bite nor the cheese bites. My 30-minute drive to your establishment was unfortunately not rewarded with satisfactory results in these specific items. However, I did find the tenders, fries, and toast to be fresh.

When you tell them the wing are old and dry can have fresh. They re-coat the ones you returned and now they are dark color....never again
