Very soggy fries and chicken. I don't know what happened because it is usually a good place to eat

My last time going to Zaxby's. The lines are always looking. I ordered a large fries and a medium Arnold Palmer. Once I got home I looked at my food and seen I had a small fry and it was cold. This has not been the first nor second nor third time this has happened. I'll find somewhere or something else to eat. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I don't know if they pay attention good to them boards but most of the time when I get my food it's not how I asked them and I ask to go big and they majority of the time just give me the cup bcuz the fries stay the same

My first time eating at this place is with family. I stay up visiting in the area. And I order DoorDash for the first time, I order food from your restaurant. I never got the food. Don't - deliver my food to somebody's house but I was able to have that repeat the next day with my nephew. And got to enjoy the chicken strip with fries. The restaurant was great. The food is great but don't taste messed up my fool. I never got from you guys but I was able to go the next day with my nephew. And he helped me get some food from you guys. But was a bad experience for me getting food from you guys.

Service was good. Food was good. The Sprite tasted like club soda, so we were given a fresh one from another machine.

Okay so honestly I would not recommend going if you’re trying to get something for lunch or you have a time limit to be somewhere else. We waited around 45 minutes for our order to be taken. Our order was taken and my partner and I decided to get the new Mr. Beast box. The cheese curds were cold and bland and the fries are bland.
The last pic is of me only eating the chicken, both boxes all together cost 30 dollars. If you go here stick to the usual menu.

I placed an order thru the app and picked it up only to find out the slaw was forgotten, so I called 2 days later and spoke with Daniel, the manager. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I told him what happened and he more than compensated for the confusion. And I mean way more than compensated for it. The level of customer service was actually hard to believe. Rare. Especially in this industry. He rectified the issue without hesitation and I am extremely grateful for that level of support. Staff are nice, restaurant is super clean and well maintained. Food is bomb. Thankful they're here and will continue to repeat. Thanks, Daniel.
