I love this location I’ve always had an amazing experience whenever I am here to order fortunately, I work at the same truckstop as well that is connected to so I frequent it a lot morning time is always ran well, evening time I especially have to compliment the evening manager, Krystal manages such a wonderful team of employees at night and they have never failed to get my order out along with other people’s order out and a timed in orderly manner also I’d like to complement the cashier Kadence Greets me along and every other customer was such a warming and welcoming vibe would totally recommend visiting this location. If you’re in the area, they will not disappoint.

The employees working the drive-thru acted like they couldn't be bothered with hurrying to get an order finished.I was handed my milkshake and drink first within the first 2 minutes, but my food took about seven extra minutes for some reason that I was never told. I was not even given a "sorry for the wait" or " thanks for waiting". My food was just handed through the window without any explanation at all.I personally will not be going back here anytime soon Even though the food was good the customer service is an absolute disaster

Everything was good except the quality of the sandwiches , each roast beef and cheddar was made with a soup ladle of cheese and Arby’s sauce , just a sloppy mess needed a knife and fork to eat them , not what you expect for a quick meal on the go impossible to eat on the

Hands down the WORST Arby's I've ever been too! Destiny is very very poor excuse for an Asst. Manager I'd highly highly suggest she not bow up at customers. She will cross the wrong one eventually and it will not be a good situation for her. I went inside with hopes that my food would all be there 3 THREE people took my food out of bags and put it in different ones one of which being her " to make sure all my food was there" once they finally gave it to me I was missing food! And again with the attitude because I asked about the food that was missing. This place has been on a steep decline for a while. I will not be back I can dine at a decent restaurant with amazing service for the money I spent here!
