I get breakfast here once a week. Today I get home and see that my sandwich is cold and has no sauce or cheese on it at all? Breakfast is now over and can do nothing about it. Do better. $6 for a cold incomplete sandwich.

One of the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible because they get easily distracted by other guests that they know. They can’t get orders right or out fast enough. The dining room is absolutely disgusting and smells awful. They have no straws out for drinks either.

This is one of the filthiest McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Floors haven't been mopped properly in weeks, and poop is splattered on the top of the toilet. Ugh! How do they expect anyone to eat anything here after being exposed to all that? In my opinion, employees who can work in filth like this cannot possibly be hygienic themselves. No thank you!!!!!!! I have come here twice within the past two weeks. Filthy both times! I give up. Eeeeewwww.

The food was excellent.
We sat and there was an older lady brushing a girl's hair as the girl sat at a table watching her tablet. (About 8 years old.) The lady was pulling hair out of her brush and dropping the hair on the floor in the dinning area. Gross!!! Are you kidding!!!
My wife then went to use the restroom and the girl and the older lady just took over a stall and wouldn't come out as three customers were waiting before my wife went in. We left without my wife using the restroom.
The store manager should had said something to her. It's not the girl's fault. McDonald's is a community establishment. However, this goes beyond safety health practices.

Not enough employees at 8pm. This location is close to Orlando theme parks and should be fully staffed at least through 11pm

I picked up my order and found when I got home that my egg mcmuffin had no bacon and my sausage mcgriddle had no egg or cheese. VERY SORRY SERVICE. The only reason you got one star is because I had to give a star to give you my great review. You suck ,McDonalds. I will not be back, EVER!!!!!

They can never get the order right in the drive thru I go probably 5 times a week and 4 out of the 5 it's wrong and I have to go inside to get what the missed
