Tonight around 11pm i was denied service at arby’s across the street, so i went to McDonalds because their drive thru is advertised as open until 12 am. I was also denied service at this McDonalds because the staff on shift collectively decided they want to close early and not serve any of the multiple people in the drive thru. They completely ignored everyone while the drive thru speaker repeats the recording “Are you using your mobile app today.” They didn’t even have the decency to tell us they were closed (even tho they weren’t supposed to be). I understand it’s late and these employees want to go home but they are literally refusing to serve multiple customers AND stealing company time by being clocked in and not doing their job. Not only that, but we paid on the app and asked for a refund and was told by one of the little girls there that it would automatically be refunded. This is not true. The refund has to be initiated but she didn’t care to do it herself or at least explain how we can do it through the app. Good thing we figured it out ourselves because not a single employee at this McDonalds cared to help anyone. Its truly pathetic how no one has any kind of work ethic these days.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Food is always missing and incorrect, ingredients and utensils missing and customer service is terrible. The product of $15/hr and increased prices hasn’t served the customer- only the business and its employees.

Every time I come i ask for 3 triple cheeseburgers,no onions, extra pickles on my burgers, and only 3 out of 15 times I have been there in the last 2 months have done what I asked, and they are pretty heavy on the seasoning sometimes. I complained one time, and there was such a miscommunication with the manager to get replaced that i never complained again. It's frustrating that even when it's slow or order on my app, it's ALWAYS WRONG 😒

My husband and I live a mile from this McD. We have been going here since it opened. We usually buy breakfast & sit & play cards while we eat. Today for the first time we were asked to leave because we were going beyond the 30 min rule they have for diners. I was stunned! Do you know how much money we have spent in that store? It wasnt like we were there for hours on end! And the cleaning woman actually came & told us we were going to have to leave. We left and I can guarantee them they will NEVER see another dime of our money. This is how they treat their return customers?
Went to McDonald's on 559 in Polk City and ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches. They didn’t put chicken patties on the sandwiches, they put overcooked chicken nuggets! I guess Shrinkflation is hitting us all because for $17 I would expect a little bit more.
