Ordered a garlic roast beef. When I paid, it was almost $2.00 more than price on menu. Clerk apologed but said they haven't updated the menu and was not authorized to honor price shown on billboard behind her. This came to $13.04. I will NEVER use subway again. They no longer care about quality or service. I can have a nice dine in experience with good food and service for less than $30 at a standard restaurant. Goodbye subway. My nephew once managed a subway and finally got out. Said I didn't want to know details.

Went in to order sandwiches - after several minutes an older very grouch lady comes from the back and starts to load bread. Finally acknowledges me and said another minute??? Huffs and grimaces as I say I need 5 sandwiches. 5 minutes later she finally has the bread cut - all the same type of bread. I proceed with my order for her to tell me she can only do one (1) cold cut combo or veggies - no one cut meat last night. It’s 10:30 am!!! This isn’t the first time either the service and food ALWAYS suck! Worth the 10 minute drive to go to another subway. Very disappointing that such a small town allows BS like this. We will never be back

Normally love this subway but just ordered 7 subs online and when we got home with them not a single one had any of the sauces and were so dry, none of the sub crunch or pickles that we all added and when I tried to contact the store nobody would answer.... Very disappointed in the $90 I just spent
This is not a joke. I ordered online for what you see and that's what was made. Was told they ran out of meatballs. Worst fast food experience to date. BTW this is called the boss sandwich. SMH.

We ordered through the app showed app after the time specified, and the server said. We had to wait in line, that they do not premake any sandwiches. it would be another 45 minutes, so we said no and asked for a refund.
The worker said she does not do refunds. And you have to do that through the app, which you can't do. refunds are store only. I asked for a refund again, and she advised me again. We don't refund ever.
Horrible service, stay away.

My fav sub shop. Variety of subs well prepared. Firehouse may have bigger subs, but these are better and more economical. As to atmosphere... Hey, it's just a sub shop. Nothing wrong with it, but it's a sub shop.
Lady working today 8/24 4:20 pm. Flat out refused to cut my tomatos for my salad how i wanted them [in 4] literally had no one else in her line! Canceled my order! Highly upset!

The lady helping us with glasses was a dream very sweet, but the girl that looked like a man with a jersey on was very rude and made a few cracks at me which I bit my tongue too completely unprofessional as to jersey girl that looked like a man

Kudos to our sandwich artist *Sagan* atstore# 2707560 on Commonwealth ave. inPolk City. He was extremely polite, pleasant,and helpful. We could use a few more people like Sagan in the world.
