I ordered through the app with my friend and we walked in last night at 8:30pm to pick up our orders and were met with the rudest employee I’ve ever seen at a subway. I still don’t know what we did to piss this man off but for some reason he only had a problem with us and our orders. We walked in and stood about 6ft back from the register because the man was helping someone and there was still a customer behind her. In the middle of helping her he asked if we had an online order. I told him that we had two and that’s when his attitude changed and he got really mean. He asked what the names were so I told him our names and he said, “Well I only have (my friend’s name)”. He then went back to helping the customer he was originally helping. I panicked and looked at my phone and made sure I ordered at the right place and I realized I had so we just silently waited for him to help us. After he helped the one customer, who he was laughing and cutting up with, he silently went to working on some other subs which my friend pointed out that they looked like the subs I ordered. He completely ignored us and the other guy in line. After about 5 minutes, it sounded like he mumbled an apology to the other customer. When he finished the subs, he packed them up, put them on the counter, then shoved them at us while still saying nothing and looking absolutely pissed for no reason. My friend thanked him but he ignored her and cheerfully went back to the other guy. I have no idea what we did to upset him and why he felt like it was necessary to treat us this way. We were very understanding of the wait, but there was no reason for the rudeness. Thankfully only one cookie was missing and the rest of the food was really good.

Everytime I go in there and this employee Kate is there my day gets better.She's so kind and listens to all of my weird stories, she goes above and beyond with every customer I've seen her with and even encouraged me to try new things on the menu!Overall she is an amazing employee and is the entire reason to go to that Subway

We went inside and placed an order for a veggie sub.The employee said there was an upcharge of 3.00 for mozzarella cheese . We understood and during that time the employee put the cheese on the bread and then in the oven. The clerk stopped what she was doing and went to the register to ring up the sub. Then she asked what vegetables we wanted. So when we asked for guacamole the clerk said she couldn't add it on the sub because she already rung the sub up. I offered to pay for the guacamole separately and clerk declined. She said it wasn't possible. Also the clerk didn't change her gloves after she rung up the order and went back to finish sub. I'm warning people about this because it was wrong and covid is still around as well

SEPTEMBER 7, 2023 8:58 AM Server working the front counter was conducting an inventory when I walked in. She failed to acknowledge me. Few moments later a white man walked up next to me and she began to take his order and told me she would be right with me. I told her I'm good and left without placing an order since my experience was bad. Thanks subway.

There's not too many choices out this far, but when you want some subway for dinner after work and have 15 mins to order your food and pay which is plenty enough time but can't because the person working closed at 845. I understand wanting be go home but come on...

Sagan needs to be fired! He makes subs that are so messy it's like he doesn't even care. He doesn't clean off the white boards after he makes a mess. He has a bad attitude and I can tell he doesn't want to be there. All he wants to do is stand in the back and wash dishes. He's not friendly or interactive with customers. He's just lazy and it shows.
