The person there was so nice and helpful. Food was PHENOMENAL omg. As a 20 year vegetarian, if I’m going to eat vegan meat substitutes I want them to be good and WOW were my expectations blown away. I got the Palmer Burger with Sweet Potato Fries!

They got my orders wrong twice by not folllowing food restrictions and had an extremely bad attitude when I called them about it. The person I had on the phone refused to let me speak and tried to brush me off. Learning about customer service and the importance of food safety should be mandatory for anyone operating an F&B business. You can tell by the owner's other responses that they are unprofessional.Unlike you are stating in your response, you were not extremely nice to me at all, you talked over me, I asked you 5 times to let me finish my sentence. I asked on the procedure to get the refund and you said you were not willing to say anything to me. That I should make my request through ubers eat. If you had only been nice and helpful I wouldn't be here leaving a negative review. I do not talk disrespecfully to others for no reason, anyone makes mistakes and that is okay. You chose to handle it badly and gave me a bad attitude simply for asking questions politely. You lost a customer and do not care. That's fine, plenty of better quality places around.

I ordered Diablo vegan burger, fries and donut holes. Burger looked nothing like the photo and was small, flat with a few wilted lettuce etc: fries meh, donut holes hard and stale. The amount of money this all costs too! I have terrible results ordering food online - not again

Ordered the food on ubereats. I got the chicken pasta and it was seasoned very well but it definitely needs extra cheese sauce. Noodles were seasoned perfectly but dry. I would still return.

The Shrimp Po Boy was amazing!!!! The restaurant is clean, cool music, nice vibe and they they great customer service.
This place is the truth!!!!! Me and m whole family, children included, are in love with so many dishes. We love the Philly Cheesecake (cheesesteak), Impossible loaded fries, the wings, burgers, shrimp poboy...YOU NAME IT!!!!! Bangin!!!!
