The People:
The team behind the counter is nothing short of incredible. The gentleman who took my order gave me a moment that honestly restored my faith in humanity. He spoke with sincerity, telling me that my profession matters, that helping others is the most important thing we can do. His words hit deep encouraging me to put good out into the world and watch it come back.
And then, there was the cook she was an artist in motion, working with such passion and precision that it was inspiring to watch.
The Food:
I’m convinced I just had the best potatoes of my life. Seriously. And the Lobster Roll? Perfection—beautifully seasoned and dripping with buttery goodness.
As for the Conch Ceviche, it was out of this world.
This place is a solid 10/10. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The food truck came to the Atlantic Tradition apartments on June 30 2024. The food is phenomenal the owners are awesome. If you don’t try their food you are missing out. So good we had the two boils and the lobster Mac and cheese. Fabulous you won’t go away hungry. Definitely getting their food again.
The conch fritters and the seafood Mac and cheese were incredible!! So delicious and the people behind the counter was so friendly. They even remembered us by name! We will definitely be back!

Had their Mac and cheese and the fish with the butter rice over a month ago and we’re still thinking about it. Very nice people, too.
Some delicious seafood mac and cheese and the downright nicest people behind the counter. They even remembered me by name when I came back, totally made my day.
Recently had food from this amazing truck at the PSL festival. My family & I ordered the Seafood Mac (5 stars), Crab legs & conch fritters.
Tried the seafood Mac and cheese, did not like it at all. It tasted cheap and had like 2 salad shrimp in it?Maybe other things are good on the menu but I'd avoid that.
Most delicious catfish I have had in years!!! Wish they were in the neighborhood more often
