Nowhere on the menu or store front, it says Halal. I can't trust they serve halal chicken. They don't pick up phone either. If you serve halal meat, then proudly display it please

You hear the dj make music over and over as they make you wait over 10+ minutes for a simple meal such as chicken tenders. My first day there I was given a sandwich with as much chicken as you would get on a chicken tender. However, when shown this, on my second order, the cashier gave me an extra tender to make up for it. I was already unhappy with the long wait times but today was the final straw for me. I called at 2:30 to have a meal ready for my lunch break at 4:30. I left work 2 minutes early to be at the restaurant at the agreed time, yet there was no food ready. The worker seemed to have no recollection of my call and my order was not ready. I waited 15 minutes for chicken tenders and a biscuit.

To summarize, the chicken tenders are good, the music is a matter of opinion, but waiting 15 minutes for 3 chicken tenders is crazy, specially after being told it would be “5 minutes” at 4:28 and receiving them around 4:45 after having called prior to avoid the wait.

My supervisor told me about this brand of fried chicken. I went on a hunt for it. First stop, no Krispy Kruchy chicken brand not there any longer. ? Still on the hunt, found one closest to my house by accident next to Sedanos. I was greeted by the owner. She took my order prep/cooked my food for freshness. The chicken has a great flavor. Biscuit was moist and the honey made a difference for the sweetness. The also sell Caribbean dishes. Had a calaloo and sailfish empanada. ? The Krispy Kruchy chicken is what it says it is! I didn't get the owners name, but I told her she'd hear from me again! Great job! God Bless your business!

You have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for your chicken, but let me tell you what it is succulent. Juicy delicious well. Seasoned some of the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life.

Walked in only one person working. Asked about several things on the menu and was told they don’t have them anymore…. (Change your menu!) Was also told no Pork products are made here. (Change your menu!) Waited a long time for my food because only one person was working. Customers before me got the wrong food in there order and did nothing to help them.

Good fried chicken

I AM A JAMAICAN AND I LOVE TO SUPPORT MY PEOPLE. Unfortunately for this establishment I will no longer continue to come for lunch. The food taste is not consistent. Sometimes the rice is ok and other days not so much. The rice type changes. Today the rice n peas was completely soggy due to excess water. The chicken flavor is very different today. The lady with the gold hair is very nice, but needs more help. The person cashiering should not be the same person in the back preparing your meal. They do not have a refund policy which doesn’t help the situation. This establishment should be handled with class/professionalism and consistency.
