Aromas del Peru offers a fabulous dining experience with prompt and attentive service. The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with delicious dishes like ceviche sampler and osso bucco. The risotto is cheesy and perfectly cooked. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, with Miss Soni and Susan providing excellent service. The vegetarian chaufa, chicken lomo, skirt steak, and fish with veggies are all delicious options. The fresh ceviche and chuafa with shrimp, beef, and chicken are highly recommended, along with the phenomenal ceviche and Piscojito. The churrasco and Lomo Salgado are also excellent. Sit outside by the palm trees for a delightful experience close to the beach. The decor, service, and ambiance are very elevated, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent.
