I had a terrible experience at Sample's 2000 bakery. Two rude employees ignored me when I entered because I was using a headset and they assumed that I was on the phone and told me that they wouldn't answer me because of that. One of them called me uneducated. Then I said that I wanted to speak to the owner of the establishment and she said that she was the manager and that the owner was not there. Horrible treatment is absurd.

Terrible service, two girls ran in when I entered the bakery which was empty, when I asked if they would assist me they said no as I was on the phone with my mother. I wasn't talking on the phone, they said I was being rude and they treated me very badly. They didn't answer me even after I hung up the phone, the bakery didn't have a customer.

Bad experience for no reason at all!! cashier had an attitude cause I didn’t speak Portuguese? I mean what do you want me to do if I don’t understand what you are saying. I said either Spanish or English, all I want the ham and cheese bread on this picture. She said it was only a picture they do not offer it which was confusing. She said she could make a similar one which I said okay and then she said we asking if I wanted bacon , lettuce and tomatoes?? That’s not similar to ham and cheese bread. Owner please be aware of how the treat your clientele

In 13 years that I have lived here in the south of the state of Florida, I have never found a place, in this case a bakery, with such poor quality in sweets. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten in my life, what is shown is a guava cake that after I tried it I realized that it is more than 10 days old. I do not recommend this place to have a coffee and even less for breakfast ?

Unfortunately the snacks there are getting worse and worse, I bought 5 snacks, paid $27.00 and practically threw my money away, I took out the snacks and went to eat at home, I had to throw them away.

I ordered a hamburger on a bun for myself and a pastry for my son, I ate the hamburger, and at the end of it, it was sticky, and it was spoiled, the color was spoiled! I spoke to an attendant with black hair and black glasses, and wow, without any professionalism! She didn't return my money and didn't suggest any way to resolve the situation and asked if the drool that was coming out wasn't cheese, man, it was spoiled drool!! Anyway, I do not recommend this bakery at all!! My son ate this burger, I'm afraid of giving him an intestinal infection, if that happens, I'll take action! Don't eat in this horrible place!

For the second time I bought spoiled food, this time I complained to the attendant and said he couldn't even refund my money because I had already eaten almost all of the snack, what's worse is if my son and I get sick from a snack that was drooling and spoiled at the end. They don't give detailed receipts, I made a purchase that cost 10$ more and I don't understand. They probably put a 20% tip on a To Go order! And I signed and gave more! Total scam!!! I asked for my receipt, it was not detailed, with the values of the items. I called and had to ask product by product price! That's when I noticed I was charged extra!!! Good Brazil even with a scheme to take advantage of others. Disappointed with this antics!!!Casa do Bão is honest and serious, there you pay for what you are buying and give a tip according to the service provided. I bought ToGo and paid +10$ embedded ? NEVER AGAIN!!! ??
