I’ve been going to this bakery for a long time, and I noticed they recently changed the baker and started making some different items. The new ideas are nice, but the prices are completely unreasonable.
Other bakeries in the same area do not charge these kinds of prices. A small donut for $3 is absurd. The French bread is also getting much smaller.I ordered 15 and received only 13.
Unfortunately, this is the closest bakery to my home, but it has been disappointing lately. The prices are extremely high and do not match the quality or size of the products. Something so small could easily cost $1.50 and still bring profit; there is no need to charge so much.
I hope they review their pricing and improve the customer experience.

I had a terrible experience at Sample's 2000 bakery. Two rude employees ignored me when I entered because I was using a headset and they assumed that I was on the phone and told me that they wouldn't answer me because of that. One of them called me uneducated. Then I said that I wanted to speak to the owner of the establishment and she said that she was the manager and that the owner was not there. Horrible treatment is absurd.

Terrible service, two girls ran in when I entered the bakery which was empty, when I asked if they would assist me they said no as I was on the phone with my mother. I wasn't talking on the phone, they said I was being rude and they treated me very badly. They didn't answer me even after I hung up the phone, the bakery didn't have a customer.

Bad experience for no reason at all!! cashier had an attitude cause I didn’t speak Portuguese? I mean what do you want me to do if I don’t understand what you are saying. I said either Spanish or English, all I want the ham and cheese bread on this picture. She said it was only a picture they do not offer it which was confusing. She said she could make a similar one which I said okay and then she said we asking if I wanted bacon , lettuce and tomatoes?? That’s not similar to ham and cheese bread. Owner please be aware of how the treat your clientele
In 13 years that I have lived here in the south of the state of Florida, I have never found a place, in this case a bakery, with such poor quality in sweets. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten in my life, what is shown is a guava cake that after I tried it I realized that it is more than 10 days old. I do not recommend this place to have a coffee and even less for breakfast ?

Unfortunately the snacks there are getting worse and worse, I bought 5 snacks, paid $27.00 and practically threw my money away, I took out the snacks and went to eat at home, I had to throw them away.
