I’m so happy that I found this great local bakery. The owner Thomas is an amazing hospitality personality.,The atmosphere is welcoming, light and “HIP” . I tried the Avocado toast. First time I’ve ever tried it and I’m HOOKED.All the items on the menu are made at the bakery . Trust me, it’s a definitely MUST TRY place. Bakery Fusion also offers wine, beer and homemade ice cream treats.Plenty of parking and easy assessable to all.

This is our favorite restaurant in Pompano Beach. Brazilian flair with French and other European influence. The pastries are superb--flaky and delicious. The baguettes have a perfect crust and of course baked fresh every day. But don't stop there! Come for lunch and enjoy the magnificent soups (our favorite is tomato, they knock it out of the park), fresh salads (like, right out of the garden fresh), and tasty sandwiches. There's a selection of wines, beers, sodas, waters...

Excellent atmosphere and wonderful customer service. I had the oatmilk and honey latte and it was delicious! Quiche Florentine and Avacado toast had beautiful presentation on the plates and taste amazing. We will definitely return again soon.
