This was our first time at Baresco. It was about 10 minutes until we were greeted. The margarita's we ordered were probably the best thing on the menu along with the view.Our server(maybe new) was very mechanical in his delivery and not super present.(sat night) I've been in the service industry for 23 years.The food was just ok, nothing bad nothing good, just not any kind of wow for the value.

This is a fantastic spot right on the beach! If there’s spots available definitely sit at the bar. Leia and Josh are phenomenal!!! Super friendly and they both make some bomb drinks!! Can’t wait to come back and bring some friends with us. Thank you leia for making our day at the beach a great one!

4/12/24. My son and I had an amazing dinner!! We both shared the following items: Queso dip; and then our dinner, we had their amazing short rib Taco and Chicken Enchilada!! They were all made from scratch and were the best EVER!! Food came out hot and fast and portions were great for the price!! We arrived an hour late for our reservation and they quickly accommodated us!!!

Like most people, was really excited to try this place but to be blunt, it’s just not great food and service is typically pretty slow. Final straw was today when I ordered an item because there was a symbol next to it indicating it was gluten free (which was different than the symbol that said I could modify it to make it gluten free.) It came out and was not gluten free. When I asked our server he had no idea, and asked the bartender who said that I would have had to specify even though that was different than what the menu said. Didn’t comp, discount or anything. He did offer to replace it but by the time I realized it was a flour and not tortilla , I was almost half way through. Thank goodness I’m not celiac, I just don’t feel well after eating gluten.

I gave this place three tries to keep my business, which is more than I give anywhere but the location is excellent and the ambiance is excellent. Everytime the service has been supremely subpar and the food has been mediocre at best. The first time was for lunch and there couldn't have been more than four tables dining in the restaurant, but the food took the better part of an hour to get to our table. I asked a waitress for hot sauce and she acknowledged me but went behind the bar in front of the table and never returned with my hot sauce, which is very necessary, because the food is some of the most bland Mexican I've ever had in my life. The third time in this restaurant my girlfriend ordered the gluten free option on the menu only to find out that gluten free on the menu means you had better make sure to request that the gluten free option you ordered is actually gluten free or they won't bring you what you ordered. Again the writer and staff didn't seem bothered that they had brought us the wrong order. Needless to say we will never be back. Two stars because the food didn't make me sick.Dietary restrictions: If you order gluten free menu items you will still need to confirm they are bringing you the gluten free option or they won't even though it states gluten free on the menu.
Excellent experience!! Amazing food and service (Brandon). I had the sizzling fajitas with steak and shrimp. The BEST I've had anywhere.The drinks are pretty amazing as well.Parking: City Garage and lots of parking lots around. It is Pay to Park.

Went to this place highly recommended by the resort staff. I love Birria tacos, so decided on ordering some takeout. They forgot to include the birria consume, so I was really disappointed. The tacos were decent, but nothing I'd make a trip for.The staff was really excellent and I love the vibe of the place being right on the beach and such. I really wanted to love this place, maybe I'll try again next time I'm in town.
