R U D E. That’s what you should expect when entering this business. I could understand if you had a line waiting and you were in a rush but that wasn’t the case. Just plain rude. There are plenty of mediocre places around just like this one to get your local Italian goods.

Zero stars if I could. So excited to finally have a chance to try this place and walked in at 4:45pm Saturday and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude by asking us “what do you need because we’re closed”. FYI. Sign on the door said open and said they close at 5pm. The tone and passive aggression lead us to change our minds and just try the place across the street which was great! We were welcomed, they were pleasant and the food was amazing. It all worked out

I’ve been going here for the last twenty years and still referring this place to all my friends and family. The food is true Italian and homemade deliciousness! They have saved me from making pasta sauce all day, instead they do it for me? Along with homemade meatballs ? and sausage! When I get my weekly craving I know exactly where I’m going! All of their food is superb in flavor and freshness. It just doesn’t get any better ?? And the prices are good too.

I’ve been coming to this Deli for almost 4 years now and as a chef I can always enjoy a place where there is a great selection of wines, antipasto, fresh deli meats, homemade sausages and cheese.. their sauces are great and authentic; and I can assure that the recipes haven’t change since I started coming to this deli, 100% recommend and never disappoints.

The sauce is discusing ! Something changed! I just wish it would go back to the same recipe ! :(
There sauce and meat sauce are disgusting. Ever since Barry sold the place, they changed the sauce recipe and it is disgusting! They said they didn't! but I have been going to bella Montes for 37 years and it's really gotten BAD!!!! PLUS THEY LIED ABOUT CHANGING THE SAUCE!!!

They're very busy so the service is slow. Watched them make people's food with the same gloves they were answering the phone, operating the machines, taking people's payment and ringing them up with. They set the phone right on the sandwich prep counter. I get that they were busy and trying their best but I wouldn't eat food made there. All I got was some drinks from the cooler and Italian ice from the freezer but had to wait awhile.

A lot of options. Still want to try them some of them. But from what I’ve had so far, Sloppy sandwich presentation and the bread is NOT good. The seeded Italian taste like sliced bread with some seeds. I haven’t lost all hope tho, I’ll give them another shot.
