The food is TERRIBLE. I ordered chicken tacos expecting to get shredded chicken in a tortilla but got what looks to be white canned chicken strips with no seasoning or salt with some red tasteless sauce on top and it was so cold with a weird aftertaste. I asked to replace it with spinach artichoke dip and the chips was so stale. This was at 10pm so it’s not like I was ordering at last call. The drink was ok and it was reggae night so the band was good. I will never return

Blue Martini is ideally my go to spot for happy hour. We were celebrating my friend birthday on Thursday & came in for happy hour. Our server Andrea is new & very sweet. One of our drinks wasn’t made to our liking so we kindly asked that it be replaced. Rocio another server came to our table and stated “It’s not our problem you ordered it & didn’t like it.” Being that I’ve been to this location countless time I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and tasteless behavior from staff. When asking to speak with a manger she stated there was no manger present & walked off. I’m not sure if this is the type of behavior that is allowed, nevertheless I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon!

We really liked that place and I visited it every week but it has changed a lot. The people who serve there are very rude and the service is terrible. And it is very cold. I think they do this on purpose so that people leave the place. The musical groups have deteriorated and the atmosphere is very bad.

For a bar inside a shopping mall such as Galleria, which is a fancy place, I was really disappointed with the way the waitresses were vulgarly dressed. The rock band played toooooo loud for such a small place, and there was a $150 surcharge to sit in front of the band (which we refused). It was a Friday night and the place was kind of empty. Little run down.

The place was ok and the band that was playing was amazing!!! If it was not for the band, the place would be horrible, but the atmosphere was not 5 stars… the dj was not great either… and the drinks were kind of overpriced.
