the portions have already been getting smaller and more stingy for the price, coupled with the sub par packaging they have now but the last straw for me is them changing their mac and cheese (the cheese and noodles are different). I don't know if this is a recent change or just in this franchise but it's half the reason I would go to Boston market in the first place. Now I have no reason to go to this location. Get your stuff together and bring back the original mac n cheese, because this location will not last on this tactic.

I placed an online order ..Needless to say I was disgusted and it ended up in the trash without one bite.The chicken was so burnt dryed out and shriveled it didn't even look like a half a chicken..The cornbread was a solid brick.And I ordered a brownie but got 6 out of date pieces of coal..Does anyone there take pride in Thier work would you like to have ordered this and paid for this??Don't like your job change it don't take it out on others...

Ordered the half chicken meal w/potatoes and..You get a ice cream scoop worth of 'taters! Gesh! Put some mashed potatoes on the plate for Pete's sake!Don't be such a cheap Charlie!Boston Market's are closing all over the place! Why? Not giving up on the 'taters!
