Went through the drive through today 9/17 and the person taking the order was arguing with a girl about to fight and the manager is standing right there doing nothing. My food was ready right next to the window and the manager couldn’t even put the customer first. Zero care from manager

This Burger King looks great! Big kid play area! that's where it ends. The staff seems like they are serving some kinda prison sentence and really dont want to be there. They handle food after touching about everything in the store like cash and that nasty drive-through window handle without gloves or sanitizer. They talk amongst themselves in your face and get bothered if you ask for ketchup or sauce. The Coke freestyle machine looks like it was last cleaned when it shipped from the factory. This was my third visit only because of convenience. I really dont know why I tried again. This is now the 2nd time im sitting on the toilet regretting my decision. Dont mind the homeless that will run up asking for money. I dont need to call Ms Cleo to know this will be the next shuttered Burger King. keep driving, anything is better. Even gas station sushi.

Crackheads horrible service lady forgot my chicken fries and asked to look in my bag and check my receipt and the food was mid at best if could rate this a zero I would never going back again not even if I was starving to death and the food was free
RUDE STAFF tonight! At 9:40 PM I went to the drive-through and asked for a DoorDash order. There was nobody else in front of me and there was nobody inside the building either. I was the only customer and the guy rudely says to me come inside, not even a please. I didn’t understand why I had to go inside with no customers inside and outside. Once I went inside, they were rude and took forever to give me my order on purpose. They had one customer to deal with, just me and they were rude.

The Burger King menu boards have pictures showing Melt meals with fries and a drink with set prices; $8.69..... But we were hit with an unexpected additional price for a drink which is shown on our receipt. $1.00 additional for each drink. Apparently Burger King deceptively misleads consumers by advertising the 3 Melt meals combination meals to include a drink and fries on its menu boards offered at a fixed price.

I came in at 3:10 AM and this woman charged me $.29 for a barbecue sauce after I spent over $10 on a mobile order and she said that it’s company policy. Lol. This is ridiculous.

Parking lot ( 12/18 ) getting much needed repair. Drive thru was fast. Food abd coffee piping hot. Oj wasn't too too cold. But damn good breakfast. Don't know if they get busier lunch/dinner... Friday breakfast wasn't too busy, but nsybe bobcat, work truck trailer, guy cutting asphalt all kept folks away.
