Last night my family arrived and we used a coupon and the boy put anything in the bag that was not what the coupon came with. There were a lot of people, why was there an event near there, only one girl was making hamburgers, there were no less than 25 people in the establishment how can they leave just one girl doing that, another was in the back frying the guy who served me making the meats and one who I suppose was the manager I had to go and return several times to the counter because things were missing from my order and Eating there was disgusting, dirty tables and the floor, very long waiting hours, they need more staff.

Unfortunately, air conditioning was not working during my visit. Also, the rear entrance door to leave the restaurant was locked. Food was made correct and tasty. Good deal using coupon on app.
Unbelievable standing here while a lady is on her phone and the other employee won’t work because she’s not doing anything so I’m just sitting here while the food is ready for 10 minutes. Terrible.

A lady took my order I don’t remember I jus know it starts with tahj she was very polite I was having a hard time getting my order together and she waited patiently and helped the food was also excellent and fresh keep it up ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Gotta say. ,,it’s been a lonnng time since I stepped foot in a Burger King.But this location is the cleanest and well maintained and the food comes out. HOT!! The lady. That took my order was so polite , and Ithe manager walk around the dining area. And ask if everything is ok and if we needed anything.. I was like WOW. Give all the staff a raise. Keep it up. And believe me I’m. Coming to this BK Lounge lol

I had HORRIBLE SERVICE, the cashier had an attitude. He rushed me to make my order because he was trying to close the door. My food was just thrown together and was a mess as soon as I unwrapped it. Officially the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
