This review was initially posted under a different location accidentally, but I did two UberEats specials and it was this location that messed up both orders. The first UberEats was done for delivery at my job just for me around 2pm Thursday for a BOGO Whopper, large fries and a large Jalapeno bites. I got ONE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER though strangely it was prepared the way I asked, but I got no 2nd burger. The fries were very good and the bites were good, but I was left hungry. The 2nd order was to my home for the exact same order. This time they got everything right except the sent chicken fried (which I do not like very much) instead of the jalapeno bites. The burgers were made exactly how I wanted, but the chicken fries are no good to me.
Reading the other bad reviews tells me a cleanup of staff including management may be needed ASAP, and regional management needs to come in and do a proper cleanup of staff and service to save this place. Food when they are on point is good, but the constant lack of attention to details makes this place and every worker employed there look inconsistent and thus stupid.

They lock the doors and hide in the back before the closing hours so they don’t have to take any orders.
Horrible place to eat, I ordered 3 shakes and sundaes and after I paid they said they didn't have any I had to get something else instead, the lady was kind of rude at the phone and arrogant, there was a lots of item on the menu that they didn't have at store this was the most stressful experience I ever had, try another store.

Not bad , I mean the Texas double whopper is 9.19 plus tax around $10 , meanwhile the Culver's double deluxe , a superior burger , is $7.80 including the tax. So....figure it out , they need to drop the prices .
