used to enjoy this place but they have gone far downhill. everything is an up charge. no longer can get free refills. burger was over cooked and super dry. don’t think we will be coming back

had a great experience at BurgerFi! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The staff was absolutely fabulous — so attentive and kind. They made sure I got my order as soon as it was ready and really showed they cared, even while staying busy. It’s not every day you find such friendly, professional service paired with great food. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔👏

Under staffed on a Saturday night. Got my order wrong. Did not inform us of “no free refills” my 13 year old brother was told No for a refill. I can’t think of ANY fast casual or burger joint that doesn’t give free refills. And their reasoning was “the owners watch the videos” so concerned over profit margins of syrup and carbonated water. Yet can’t staff the place correctly and have clean bathrooms or at the very least get customers orders correct.

First time visiting pompano beach, me & my wife stopped here for some dinner. 10/10 would recommend! Give my man Sebastian a raise behind the cash register, matter of fact the whole staff! They deserve it! Excellent food, will be back again.

The lSt few times I have been to Burger Fi (other locations in Pompano), fries were reheated and not flavorful, onion rings were soggy… I almost gave up going to BurgerFi even though they used to be my favorite burger place. This location (Atlantic Pier) gave me hope. Thanks so much!
