Ordered food from this location multiple times and NEVER got it correctly! Tonight was the worse! I paid $40 for the order, they shut off the lights and kick us out of the place, the order was ready and they never told us, and when i got the food i thought i was being pranked: they added 7 french fries at each order (regular size each), the cheeseburger came without any toppings (just the patty and cheese) and dry. It’s never a good experience but today it was unbelievable! I will NEVER come back!

Out of chicken for salads, out of chicken tenders, out of chicken breast, out of salads, soda vending machines are broken and only dispense water. Burgers are probably fine, don’t come here expecting anything else or drinks.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants that I've seen. The staff were unable to take an order correctly. Overall very dirty not very well kept, also 5$ for a soda,!!!

What happened to BurgerFi? Different buns, different batter for onion rings (which were raw), different fries, asked for grilled mushrooms and got raw onions. Sadly it’s just not the same Burger Fi

What was disappointing...pay at the kiosk and check out ..tip is automatically added! Who are you to be so... presumptuous as to tell customers how to spend their money? We couldn't figure out at first why the price jumped...until looked over the bill a few times and see...tip automatically added! Tip for what? Drove to this place, walked inside and used the kiosk, ordered...take out. Noticed this also...two customers standing next to us ..at the kiosk ..were chatting about the exact same thing. Not exaggerating. Both were not pleased with this...tip issue. And.... what's up with all the broken fries! Picture attached.

This place is GARBAGE. if you want to get disgustingly overcharged for terrible food, by an owner and manager who are total liars, and claim that the city told them they had to shut the restrooms to the public, when not only is that a health violation, but illegal…this is your place.
