We had great service and food. The lSt few times I have been to Burger Fi (other locations in Pompano), fries were reheated and not flavorful, onion rings were soggy… I almost gave up going to BurgerFi even though they used to be my favorite burger place. This location (Atlantic Pier) gave me hope. Thanks so much!

The burger was good, but all of sudden they don’t give refills on drinks? They charge you for condiments? It’s a $20 burger meal, maybe they should change their drink policy and splurge for 0.15 worth of soda if a customer wants a refill.

Terrible experience, burguers were burnt, overcooked and dry. The manager was rude. It took a long time to receive our food. The kitchen seemed frazzled and backed up with the orders, very dissorganized.

The customer service here was awful, i walked in at 8pm with my family (they close at 9pm) they looked like they were closing and the guy walks to the back shouting “it’s a whole family” like we were inconveniencing them for coming in an HOUR before closing. We just left because it was very uncomfortable

Our BurgerFi visit was very very disappointing today. Huge quality drop feels like just like a burger king. $40 for two burger and that’s what we received. This place a better quality control. Lucky fish restaurant burger has better price and better quality.
Great food at a decent price. Clean and nice and cool inside. Was able to have a burger on a gluten free bun.

Ordered food from this location multiple times and NEVER got it correctly! Tonight was the worse! I paid $40 for the order, they shut off the lights and kick us out of the place, the order was ready and they never told us, and when i got the food i thought i was being pranked: they added 7 french fries at each order (regular size each), the cheeseburger came without any toppings (just the patty and cheese) and dry. It’s never a good experience but today it was unbelievable! I will NEVER come back!

Out of chicken for salads, out of chicken tenders, out of chicken breast, out of salads, soda vending machines are broken and only dispense water. Burgers are probably fine, don’t come here expecting anything else or drinks.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants that I've seen. The staff were unable to take an order correctly. Overall very dirty not very well kept, also 5$ for a soda,!!!
