I must say, I don't eat fast food but this burger was the best burger I've had in one of these types of establishments. Very plump bun and plenty of meat. Very flavorful. I would definitely try this place again.

We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and were hungry after the very heavy traffic on I95 from Miami. We saw BurgerFi and knew it would hit the spot. It's a very nice-looking place with comfortable seating inside and out. We chose outdoors as usual.We split a cheeseburger and fries as we planned an early dinner at the restaurant by the entrance to the Beach Pier. The service was good and the employees all seemed nice and friendly. The inside is clean and kept up.Street parking is wherever you could find it or at the parking garage a couple of blocks away. It didn't take long to find a spot across the street.

I recently had my birthday and wanted to celebrate by having a casual, simple dinner with my family. I have BurgerFi every Friday night and figured it would be an awesome spot to host my little party. A few weeks prior to my birthday, I visited the Pompano Beach BurgerFi location and spoke to the manager, Dontowan, who was very helpful and informative about my party details. He instructed me to send an email with my contact info and call him closer to my event date. I did as advised and he confirmed my table would be all prepped for me and my guest’s arrival. As we all arrived, we were excited to order drinks, wings and chicken fingers as a starter. I placed the order with Corrine and she was professional, helpful, pleasant and patient as we ordered for 8 people! Corrine and the BurgerFi staff brought out our starters and ensured we had everything we needed. For round 2 – we ordered burgers, fries and onion rings! Corrine and the staff oversaw our order and were very organized with passing out everyone’s different style burger and made sure we had everything we needed before we ate. Needless to say all the food was amazing -as usual. I appreciate the level of customer service Corrine and the staff provided for my group that day. Service with a smile! It made my little burger bash that much more memorable and special. We did bring our own cake too – so the celebration was complete with candles and all. Thanks !Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns for the burgers! Win win!

Wow. Burger was decent. Onion rings were wet. Not fully cooked. The concerning part of this review is that employees could not be identified because most of them had no uniform or name tags. A guy sitting next to my family for 10 minutes was the one that got up from his table in the dining room and severed us. Then sat right next to us again. Weird. Then they were not able to take cash for some reason and were only taking cards. Again, WEIRD. This place was catering to the hood when we were there. Employees swearing in casual conversation, no name tags or uniforms at all! The guy in charge seemed to have no care about the hot mess going on in here at 6pm on a Saturday. WEIRD. Go to the Lucky Fish right across the street and save yourself five dollars per person and have respectable people serving you that want your business and appreciate the company/work environment they’re in. Big fail for my family.

I really enjoyed this. BurgerFi and the location is great. Parking is always available and the food is made fresh. I can’t wait for my next visit to try something new. I’ve always wanted the wagyu Burger, but I’ve never tried it. This is a great location and it stays busy because there’s so many other things to do and it’s close to the beach.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The fries are incredible and the burger is great quality too. It was very fast to order and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is mostly clean and so is the restrooms.Location is awesome and it’s a great option for a quick bite when you’re visiting Pompano Beach. The parking is also very close to the restaurant.Highly recommend ordering some of their fries and their shakes, but you should share them. It’s a lot for one person ?Parking: There’s a parking garage very close and it’s not as expensive as maybe parking on the street. Plus your car won’t be on the sun.
