Food has always been consistently delicious at Cafe Maxx and it did not disappoint on this visit. We enjoyed the Tuna Pizza app, so good! I had the scallops and hubby had the filet both were excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and noted on the reservation, although they did not acknowledge it. Regardless we had a great experience.

Restaurant is lovely and the food was delicious. We had a fabulous waiter that was on top of us all with drinks and food. Only negative I can say is many tables in a small place. If you are large, not easy to get through.

This was my 2nd visit during dine out Fort Lauderdale 2024. Both times the overall experience was very nice but even with dine out it's a bit pricey at $75pp. No alcohol. The steak fillet was delicious but the shrimp scampi was a bit watery and boring. Still a very nice restaurant with good service.

We enjoyed the Miami Spice menu which was delicious and had a variety of great options. Since there were six of us, we basically tried everything and weren't disappointed with any dish!

The food was exceptional, the service also exceptional. It's a lovely restaurant that most people don't even know is there. We went for the dine out Fort Lauderdale and the menu was varied and delicious. Very well priced for the quality.

40 years and they still get it right. I've been many times over the years, but hadn't been in a while. Went with two friends for the dine out fort Lauderdale menu. They offer an extremely generous, wide array of choices, which is a short contrast to some of the other restaurants that participate, technically, but offer, two or three skimpy choices for each course. They had over 10 choices for each of the first two courses and five desserts to choose from. Everything was terrific, especially the lobster bisque which is as good as that gets the firecracker shrimp with Asian noodle slaw, and the huge shrimp scampi.

I have the best dinner experience in this lovely restaurant, the environment is perfect, the food is delicious and the customer service is amazing, I highly recommend the Tuna Sashimi Pizza, the Sweet Onion Crusted Snapper With Madeira Beurre Rouge, the Three Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon With Cheese Au Gratin Potato and as a dessert the Deep Dish Bourbon & Chocolate Pecan Pie. You will thank me later. Enjoy :-)

Our party of four had an amazing dinner last night. Tom, a very professional and fun waiter, started off our meal with great service. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and the portion sizes were generous! The desserts are made in house and also a very generous serving size and was delectable! We will be back! It was worth the drive of 25 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale.
