This Carrabba's location is the BEST of the Best. Everyone from the owner, partner, manager and staff go out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. I have never had a bad meal here, only excellent food.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience on Easter day. Service was terrible and the restaurant wasn't even full. We had to get up about 5 times to ask the hostess for different things because our server was never there. After we struggled to finally manage to order our entrées, they arrived cold. I decided to just get a box and take it home. I was already tired of the whole situation. The hostess Kat was great, though. When we asked her for different things, even though it wasn't her job, she was very helpful, with a good attitude and humble.
A little late in getting to this review but I wanted to highlight the service specifically. I live on the other side of the country, but wanted to have dinner delivered to mom for her birthday. My man Stefano was phenomenal! He took outstanding care of me and made sure everything was perfect with mom’s order. Stefano personally ensured everything was accurately prepared on down to the address. Mom loved the food (it’s consistently really good here) and was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you again to Stefano for the amazing service!
