Charleys Cheesesteaks Park Plaza

The large cheesesteak was average at best, dry, very little flavor and taste, and the bottom bread was soggy.

I will not be getting another sandwich here ever again.

The service by the cashier was great so that is why the 3 stars otherwise it would be 2 stars.

Closed the grill 20 mins early. I thought they were open till 10pm. They managed to have time for two other people. Find workers that actually want there hours . And not worried about closing early so they can go home early. Very upset. Won’t be eating here for awhile.

Went to McDonald's earlier and I had an argument with the guy because he gave me an attitude and he had a big cry face. So I head over to Charlie's cheesesteaks for the first time. Great food. Great service and the lady had a smile on her face. Highly recommend Charlie's cheesesteaks food is fresh. Fries are unbelievable

Order chicken at 2:15 and they forgot my whole order it’s now 2:34 and still haven’t received my order

Staff is racist. Everyone is angry and hates working there. Such a terrible experience as i walked on egg shells the entire time. New, motivated staff needed desperately

I placed an order on the yelp app for an order, the app gave us a time that the food would be ready. We got 2 small sandwich combos with a side of cheese sauce. When I got there the place was empty and the lady behind the counter got my food dropped it off at the counter and left for the back. I didn’t check the bag before I left and when I got home I didn’t receive the side of cheese ($1.89). Whatever I just wanted to eat and damn the food was so gross. I got the original Philly and a chicken teriyaki sandwich both were nasty couldn’t finish half of either of them. And the fries barely warm and soggy. You can tell by the way the food was prepared that the people working there DGAF.

Do not order thru Uber eats they don't seal bags properly and my food got tampered with. Two small staples aren't stopping anyone from digging their hand in

I recently visited this location of Charley's Cheesesteaks, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly grilled steak and melted cheese hit me, and my mouth started watering. Each bite was a flavor explosion!
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. I also appreciated the quick service, as my cheesesteak was ready in no time.

The atmosphere was casual and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. If you're a fan of cheesesteaks, Charley's is a must-visit!

Great environment, super clean, and the quality of the food is always fresh. Both the chicken and steak are delicious!
