Order chicken at 2:15 and they forgot my whole order it’s now 2:34 and still haven’t received my order

Staff is racist. Everyone is angry and hates working there. Such a terrible experience as i walked on egg shells the entire time. New, motivated staff needed desperately

I placed an order on the yelp app for an order, the app gave us a time that the food would be ready. We got 2 small sandwich combos with a side of cheese sauce. When I got there the place was empty and the lady behind the counter got my food dropped it off at the counter and left for the back. I didn’t check the bag before I left and when I got home I didn’t receive the side of cheese ($1.89). Whatever I just wanted to eat and damn the food was so gross. I got the original Philly and a chicken teriyaki sandwich both were nasty couldn’t finish half of either of them. And the fries barely warm and soggy. You can tell by the way the food was prepared that the people working there DGAF.

Do not order thru Uber eats they don't seal bags properly and my food got tampered with. Two small staples aren't stopping anyone from digging their hand in

I recently visited this location of Charley's Cheesesteaks, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly grilled steak and melted cheese hit me, and my mouth started watering. Each bite was a flavor explosion!
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. I also appreciated the quick service, as my cheesesteak was ready in no time.

The atmosphere was casual and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. If you're a fan of cheesesteaks, Charley's is a must-visit!

Great environment, super clean, and the quality of the food is always fresh. Both the chicken and steak are delicious!

Nice newer location. Service was mostly friendly and the food was tasty. Small French fry portion.

Honestly I was so excited to try this place cuz everybody talks about how good it was I ordered it through Uber eats it was supposed to be buy one get one free I didn't even get the second one for free I didn't get anything at all, and the one they sent me was absolutely disgusting to be honest with you. I would like to try again but honestly it kind of just turned me off yesterday. It was just all bread and for what I spent I can go anywhere and just get bread.

My Mom and I tried Charley’s Cheesesteak & Wings for the first time yesterday. We were looking for something near by since we were in the area! As soon as we walked in the server immediately greeted us. She was very pleasant! We order the 6 piece Buffalo Wings! My Mon ordered hers without sauce! My Mom’s wings were fried so hard that she couldn’t even eat them….she immediately threw them away! I had a similar experience, I had sauce, but they were fried very hard, chicken was dry and I ate 2 and that was it!! The only thing that I liked was the Lemonade! The server told us that the cook orders fresh, I liked that! But, I wish that I could have enjoyed my wings!! Very disappointed! It was a waste of money!!

22 minutes for to go order. Beautiful place but no hustle. Everyone was waiting. Food average. Sub roll soggy by the time I got home! 5 minutes away!

Parking: Many spaces tagged for other stores. No spots in front.

Zero personality at the counter. I had to say hello to get a hello back.
I saw on the menu that cheese steaks came with provolone cheese. I asked, is that the only cheese you offer? The girl said no and said they have whiz too. I ordered a regular cheese steak with whiz. She brought it to my table and it was provolone cheese. I told her that I didn't like provolone cheese and she made me another one with whiz. It was extremely salty!
All young girls working here. Be careful handing your business over to kids or you will fail!
