The service is slow and that take a while to take your order and you have to check your food in the bag cause sometimes that forget something.

I just went there to pick up a delivery for UberEats. There was no parking available so I sat and waited through the drive-through. The guy at the drive through door was completely rude and would not give me the food and told me there WAS parking…said it to me with an attitude and as if I was lying. I went around again and still no parking was available. Canceled the order…bye!

It’s great , always busy they have a platoon of kids working to get you through . Drive-through and rush-hour is gonna take you about 20-30 min be prepared for that. Is Chick-fil-a if you know it, you know it it’s good. It’s clean. Ect .

This review is based on three recent drive through experiences since their re-opening so if you’re planning on dining in not sure if you’ll receive the same treatment. But I love Chick-Fil-A. I will probably continue to dine at other locations in the future although I haven’t since this occurred. But two times in a row, I ordered the same chicken salad, cold fillet in the drive through line through the app. I don’t think each salad is made fresh to order especially with cold fillet but still and so, I was told to pull around and park to wait each time. Which I did , resulting in 20 minute wait times for these salads. Unnecessarily and unfortunate because as I said, I really love the food. On a third occasion they told me to pull around so I cancelled my mobile order and I called to receive a refund. Nasya, I believe, the manager I spoke to was very rude and told me to reach out to corporate, which I did. It took upwards of a week to receive a refund of $10 from the Pompano Location, which I am grateful for, I just won’t be returning. I know they pride themselves on customer service but something has been off since the re-opening. That’s my story, dramatic as it may sound this is fast food, not rocket science. Thanks.
