Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered baby back ribs with a side of mac & cheese and french fries my husband ordered the beef brisket and cheese quesadillas. The macaroni and cheese I had one bite that was enough for me was like seasoned paste. I had to wait for my ketchup, my salt, my pepper for my food I had to ask for napkins I had to ask for Flatware. There was not enough sauce for the chips that I paid $6.50 for. This restaurant is within 1 mile of my home I was here 10 years ago and couldn’t get waited on, so I never returned and I will never be back. Overpriced,quality of food is subpar. The place was pretty clean and the staff was friendly enough. I was disappointed.

Ate at Chili's last night with my man and his mother. Pleasant enough. Went around 6pm before it was busy and restaurant was clean enough, bathrooms...Ehhh, but to be expected. Food was good but not for those prices. Had a 3 for $10.99 meal- any drink (which I did not receive), mini cup o' potato soup, and a hamburger w/ fries with tons of lettuce. Favorite was SOUTHEAST EGG ROLLS (8 slices for $15.00)???!!! CRAZY EXPENSIVE FOR AN APPETIZER!!! Food came in a timely manner and was good. As was the waitress.
So, basically can't really complain except for the prices. Maybe it's the economy but I don't care, can't go back because it's still out of my budget.

I truly enjoyed our dinner tonight and what made it really enjoyable was our server Deion. He was so attentive, courteous and he engaged in pleasant conversations. I hope to get him again when I come back!

The biggest and juicest burgers and they have great prices!I strongly recommend to join the Chilis rewards program, you get free chips and a whole lot of emailed promotions.

Deion was our server and he gave the absolute best service I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. He went above and beyond to provide a excellent dining experience. He thoroughly explained the questions we had about the menu. He was attentive and not annoying. The food was also delicious. Everything came out perfect, hot and fresh.

Service is usually mediocre at least during lunch. 1/10 times we get a good server and they're amazing, but the other 9/10 they are terrible. Food is always good, but they get it wrong sometimes and they randomly quit serving ceasar salad. The food runner never has any idea who ordered what, the hostesses are always miserable and act like you just interrupted their work on a particle accelerator. Also the lobby is always freezing 100% of the time.

Justin, the bartender, is amazing. He shows everyone equal attention, his drinks come fast, and are freaking delicious. If you had a long day and need to relax, go see Justin. Staff there are amazing too. Justin is just the highlight ‼️
