Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream Pompano Beach (Park Plaza)

Cool (no pun intended) concept of mixing ice cream or yogurt concoctions together and then super cooling it with liquid nitrogen (LN2). The result is a colder and creamier and smoother dessert in my opinion.

Super cool concept and some of the best vegan ice cream I've had. Love that you can choose everything right down to the flavour of your base ice cream!

Vegetarian options: They offer vegan ice cream bases with lots of vegan flavourings and add-ins. All clearly labelled.

Ice cream was tasty, but we found the servers a bit impersonal . One server explained what it was and tried to clean the cup, while the other one just dropped it with ice cream all over the side and walked away. No excuse, we were the only customers in the store, & it wasn’t closing for another two hours.

I went this store, and the employees was outside parting with girls, completely no responsibility. The tables was dirty with trash, nobody was inside the store. Them don’t pay attention give me melted ice cream. Don’t go to this store choose another location

You can choose the size of your cup, the base, which can be either milk or plant-based milks like coconut and almond (vegan), or sorbet. You also get to pick your own mix-ins, which are all mixed on the spot and frozen with liquid nitrogen. The result is a light and flavorful ice cream. They also offer sundaes and milkshakes. There are several vegan and gluten-free options available. I loved the combination of banana and peanut butter with almond milk base. Highly recommend this place.

Updated review June 9th 2024 I did the self-ordering at the counter and received ice cream that was melted and soft kind of soupy. I found it to be unusual so I asked them and they said it was fine. I was so disappointed. I just threw it in the trash and left. I probably won't return.
