I’m very disappointed in how my mom was treated at the establishment by Daniel. He humiliated her in front of customers about her using the bathroom. My mother cried for an hour and is too embarrassed to return. I am very angry and disappointed that a manager would treat a customer the way my mother was treated. I’ve been to the kava bar and I won’t be back. She’s been a loyal customer and is a kind person. You should never humiliate your customers.

The manager Daniel made a comment about my mother taking a poop in the bathroom, in front of other customers, My mom cried for an hour and was a regular customer. This is completely disrespectful and crude. If someone uses the bathroom, they shouldn't be shamed and humiliated. This is not okay on so many levels. They are lucky that we don't live closer. This will not be forgotten. I have never heard of anything happening like this and it's completely uncalled for. I highly don't recommend, unless you want to be made fun of by the manager for a medical condition.
