Upon approaching the store, we noticed the door was filthy, and we used a napkin to handle the door to get in. Inside the store’s condition was similarly unsanitary, with the tables not being cleared, food and napkins scattered all over the floor. Although the store was not busy, with only two people dining inside, the store associates behind the counter failed to perform their duties. The containers in the counter showcase were filthy, food smudges evident everywhere. As a result, we left the premises, feeling disappointed.

Disgusting 🤢 the place was filthy I saw a couple of pieces of steak floating in the beans and the counter looked like it wasn't sanitary.

Rude employees and absolutely disgusting conditions. Never again!

I ordered 3 tacos with a side of guacamole. All 3 tacos were squished in a small piece of foil, what a mess. I did not order rice, I ordered black beans, I do not eat rice. So my opinion, they don’t follow online orders, I guess they figure a delivery is not present so who cares. So disappointed. Best part the delivery person.

Come here if you’re on a diet, this the location all over tiktok with 4 scoops of rice and half scoop of protein. Go to another one

Avoid this chipotle. They make poor quality bowls, management is a joke, their work-stations are hardly ever clean, and their attitudes/customer service/hospitality is lousy, dreadful, and awful. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION. YOU’LL LEAVE FEELING LESS THAN SATISFIED.
