Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely horrible experience. The food was nasty and extremely dry nothing tasted fresh at all. The dining room was filthy; every table and chair had food stuck on it or visible spills. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage, which only added to how unpleasant the environment was.

The food line itself was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff was young, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. I honestly couldn’t believe this was a new location considering how terrible the conditions were inside.

This was a complete disappointment, and I will never return. Definitely not recommended.

I'm beyond words right now. Not only did my door dash app send me 45 mins out of the way but it sent me to the most disgusting Chipotle I've ever seen. No one is in the front they are making it all in the back and then bringing it out food is cold. Food wasn't ready when I got there even though app says it's ready.

Clean because it new however at 5pm saying you ran out of chip is ridiculous to me. Not sure if its due to being new. Someone isnt doing their job. I would have never order.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER YOUR UBEREATS OR DOORDASH FROM HERE WHEN I SAY THEY PUT NO PROTEIN IN IT EVEN IF YOU PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT. GO UP THE ROAD BY 441 AND ATLANTIC. My bad didn’t realize you got people who can’t scoop.

The worst place ever!!!!! I came here one hour before they close and they have half of the food they should have ! And the attitude of the people who works here is even worst!!! They ignore you completely like “what are u doing here, I want to leave now! You should too.

I’ve given this location chance after chance, but it’s gone from being hit or miss, to a complete miss. Every single visit, the chips are stale, and the guacamole is either way too salty or has no seasoning at all. On top of that, I constantly have to remind the staff about missing items in my bag. The overall flavor and consistency of the food doesn’t match the quality I get at other Chipotle locations.
It’s a shame, because this location just opened this year and it’s already leaving a bad impression.

I will be NOT be returning I walked into this establishment at 8pm and the grill was already closing down 3 hours early, there was no vinegarette and there was absolutely no one to greet me I stood in line alone for over 5 mins. Finally a young man from the back (shown in picture) came to take my order he was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be at work all the employees were hiding near the online station when I originally walked in. When I asked for fresh rice because all the food on the line looked old and unpleasant he stated there was no more rice besides that and that I would have to wait for the cook to prepare a whole new batch. No one inside was prepared to greet or service customers and the employees weren’t helpful AT ALL I came here after a long day of work and the treatment, lack of food and service and below minimum especially for a chipotle…I eventually just left without ordering as the service was just overwhelmingly negative and unhelpful.

Workers are very unprofessional and give terrible service. Give a little scoop of meat so you can buy a double , on top of that worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle.

I'm very disappointed I took my lunch break to come to this restaurant and they don't have main items that you need to place an order how do you run out of cheese. You need a better inventory management all you have is one time to waste my time and I will not visit an establishment again

Worst chipotle I've even been to. Employees are uneducated with the store rewards system, the buffet was messy and dirty. Zoee was rude and dismissive, the boys making the food think they're in high school, everyone playing, laughing and ignoring customers waiting.
