The service is the worst. 4 people sitting in the front doing nothing. Had to ask them about refilling the salad bar. One of the little girl had an attitude when I asked. Then my pizza didn't get fix until I asked them about it. Several people came after me and got their food before me.

We had fun as a family but alot of games to play were broken. It's sucks to spend money there just to find out half of the machines don't work.

It's fun for small children... the food service is bad and so is the attention.

I booked a birthday party for my 2 year old daughter and Nicki was our host. She was absolutely amazing ! The way she cared for our every need, was so kind and cheerful, really made the day so special. The food was great and we feel like we got so much for what we paid. Would definitely recommend again and Nicki is the best party host anyone could ask for !!!

The food is pretty good. I like that they changed up their menu and added some good stuff. It's a children's place but it's kinda expensive let's be honest. The location is on the second floor and the entrance door is not at the foot of the stairs, or even near the elevator, it's around the corner. Weird! The staff is not very nice. To be a kid place they were kinda mean. They need some better training because I personally don't want to come to this location because of the staff. I went here for a school event and the staff was overcharging people and bring unkind. If you don't want to pretend to be happy at work, don't work at a place that advertises happiness. That's just my opinion. Please train your staff to be better. Chuck E. Cheese the mascot was dope and the manager was nice but them workers? You can keep them.

I had my son birthday party here and Nicole was our host. Nicole was great and sooooo helpful! She stayed by my side and supported us throughout the entire birthday party! Next time you have your party at Chuckie Cheese/Pompano location ask for your host to be Nicole!!! Highly reccommend!

Went on a Thursday to a party. From my children growing up in Chuck E Cheese it was a lot different (or maybe this location). No staff at the door stamping and monitoring children, took 40 minutes for a personal pizza and sampler plate to come out (and don't get me started with the prices). One person singing with Chuck E when attending the party.... and what's up with this new school Chuck E...lol
