Came here a little while ago, a parent was Yelling at Stephanie for enforcing the no band or sock rule for trampoline! She handle it very well considering what the customer was calling and yelling at her. She definitely showed great customer service skills by not going back and forth with the customer! At the end of the day if you don’t pay you shouldn’t get to play, it’s simple!

I was at Chuck E. Cheese for my daughter’s 6th birthday last Saturday, and everything went very well. A big part of this success was thanks to Miss Nicole, who took care of everything from the beginning to the end of the party, making sure my daughter had a very special day. I would like to say how dedicated she is to her job, having her on the team is definitely a huge asset, and she deserves to be valued for that. It’s people like her who make a real difference in a company. Congratulations! Everything was perfect!

I recently hosted my child’s birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese location in Pompano Beach, and the experience was deeply disappointing — largely due to the conduct and unprofessionalism of the manager, Stephanie.

In the weeks leading up to the event, I visited the store twice to confirm party details. Stephanie assisted me both times, and each interaction was marked by an unfriendly attitude, dismissive responses, and a clear lack of customer service. It felt as though asking basic questions was an inconvenience. The only detail she clearly communicated was that balloon arches, backdrops, and “elaborate decorations” were not allowed.

On the day of the party, my husband surprised our child with a small performer who did face painting and interacted with the kids for about 10 minutes. Without any warning, Stephanie approached me in front of all my guests, yelling and demanding that everything stop immediately. Her tone was aggressive, embarrassing, and entirely unnecessary.

What made the situation even more upsetting was that the party directly next to us had multiple balloon arches and two large backdrops — the exact items I was told were not allowed. When I pointed this out, Stephanie admitted I was correct and claimed she would address it, yet she never followed up, never apologized, and refused to speak to me again. Later, one of the party hosts informed me that the other family was allowed to break the rules simply because the parent was a former employee, which explains the favoritism.

As a school director, several of my students’ parents attended the party, and they were equally shocked by how I was treated. Many expressed that this experience left a negative impression on them as well.

Additionally, I was informed by our party host — who is a minor — that management sometimes requires her to work through her lunch break. During my entire event, I never saw her take a break, which raises serious concerns about compliance with child labor laws. No young employee should be treated that way, especially in a family-oriented establishment.

Between the public embarrassment, the inconsistent enforcement of rules, the hostile behavior from management, and concerns regarding employee treatment, I will no longer be doing business with this Pompano Beach location. I will also be informing the many families I work with to be cautious, as no customer should be subjected to such unprofessional behavior from a manager.

I sincerely hope upper management takes this review seriously and addresses the issues within this location.

Terrible service the person at the cashier who attended me did not put my membership discount I do not understand why they treat customers as if they were doing a terrible favor I will not come to this headquarters anymore they should do courses on public service because they only manage to lose customers

I’m not the type to bash no one business but I was excited to come back to chucky cheese after yrs of not coming. But they came out to be hella expensive for js a card and jumping 50 dollars + food another 20 and more and what pissed me off more was the the arcade games half were out of order

Severely understaffed on weekends. Waited 10 minutes at the prize redemption counter and wasn’t even acknowledged. Half the games don’t work. It’ll scan your card but there are no balls to play. It’s not right.

I paid four bucks for this. I was also okay the SpongeBob card game, and my card got stuck in the feeder. Never got it back. Everything else was alright I guess.
