Came here a little while ago, a parent was Yelling at Stephanie for enforcing the no band or sock rule for trampoline! She handle it very well considering what the customer was calling and yelling at her. She definitely showed great customer service skills by not going back and forth with the customer! At the end of the day if you don’t pay you shouldn’t get to play, it’s simple!

I was at Chuck E. Cheese for my daughter’s 6th birthday last Saturday, and everything went very well. A big part of this success was thanks to Miss Nicole, who took care of everything from the beginning to the end of the party, making sure my daughter had a very special day. I would like to say how dedicated she is to her job, having her on the team is definitely a huge asset, and she deserves to be valued for that. It’s people like her who make a real difference in a company....
