Cold Stone Creamery

I had a very disappointing experience at this Cold Stone location. The woman working there with glasses & EarPods was just unprofessional and lacking customer service. It felt like an inconvenience just to place an order.

Mya, is amazing I brought my mom here for a late Mother’s Day treat. She was so patient with me reading the order and trying to select what I wanted to get myself. I am very impressed and appreciate her patience with me being a little indecisive. I definitely will be coming back with my mom and family. She also offered to put my brother’s order in the freezer while she mad my shake since he wasn’t with us. Great customer service! And great options for dessert

First and last time. Very pricey, no flavor, extra sweet. Not worth it

Hark, noble patrons, to the marvel of “The Frosted Delight,” where each spoonful of ice cream, smooth as the sweetest ambrosia, doth cast a spell of chill and delight upon the tongue; and lo, the fair server Channie, with her gentle grace and courteous manner, doth render the experience all the more enchanting, as if each creamy bite were a verse of frozen poesy sung by nature’s own muse.

Very bad service, I ordered two cakes online, three days in advance and at the time of delivery they were not ready.

The two people that answered the phone were very nice Highly recommend ordering from this place or coming here❤️

Hey management, you should teach your employees to respect the time you guys close. Shout out to Maya and Drew that let someone walk in right before us and serve them and told us that they cannot serve us.

The ice cream is good, I was just surprised that to add a single (one) oreo to your small cup of ice cream costs $1.25, lol. So, instead of a 4-star review, I subtracted 1.25

Shamya was very sweet she gave great suggestions! We ordered the cinnamon roll bliss and the mocha cookie latte ice creams and we loved them both!

They ladies are very welcoming and fun and it's obvious they enjoy their jobs. I tried a new flavor and I actually enjoyed it.

Terrible atmosphere coming into a dirty establishment and very rude associates. I walked in and both Alexis, and Kiana rolled their eyes at me as if I were a burden. Alexis walked to the back and Kiana stayed in the front irritated while making a pervious orders ice cream. She did not once engage with me as I stood in front of the ice cream cooler, and asked me “are you going to order”. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment due to the horrible customer service, and the poor hygiene of the place.

Nice place but make sure you grab your lids so no spillage. The girls forgot to give me one or even offer !
